PREVENTION OF H1N1 DISEASE‏


I am of the opinion (based on my research thinking in the area of Ecological Healing System), that when a person’s body becomes highly acidic (due to hyperacidosis), his /her immunity gets lost, and he/she becomes susceptible to any of the virus diseases.When a person consumes calcium containing food, the calcium keeps circulating in the lymph fluid for a while, until it is used up by the body, or is voided in the urine.
.
Such free-floating calcium in the lymph fluid appears to be providing immunity against viruses. This calcium can be neutralised (spoiled) by an acid, and can also be removed through the urine or a few more sources.
.
Practically all the overweight people, irrespective of the quantity of water they consume, under-urinate (they void only about 2 - 4 times in 24 hours' day). This enhances the accumulation of excessive calcium in the soft tissues of their body, which in turn increases their body weight. (I have discussed this with enough of evidences in my book “Obesity: Causes, Cure and Prevention” 446 pages, ISBN967-9988-05-8).

Thus the overweight and obese people retain excessive calcium in their body, and that provides them a high level of immunity against all forms of virus diseases, including sore throat, common cold, flu, and also H1N1.
.
That is why the obese people do not get any common cold or flu for several years.
However, if they get the cold, it never leaves them easily - they suffer for a prolonged period of even three weeks. Drugs do not seem to help them.

.
Whereas the skeletal-looking and the thin people drink large quantities of water (about 2 - 4 L a day), and also urinate liberally (about 10 - 14 times a day). Such excessive urination tends to deplete from their body most of the calcium. As a result, they have only least amounts of calcium stored in their body tissues, and that makes them easy targets for such virus infections. This group of people are prone to get common cold and flu every now and then. However, it would disappear within 2 or 3 days.
.
If the blood of the obese people are tested, it would indicate that they have enough of immunity.
.
Whereas, the same test in the skeletal-looking people would show that they do not have the immunity. Thus, they are easily susceptible to virus attacks.
.
Most of the free calcium in pregnant women tends to get transferred to the growing-up baby in the womb.
.
Likewise, heavy and prolonged menstrual discharges also tend to remove large quantities of calcium.
.
Even breast-feeding mothers tend to transfer most of the free calcium to their babies
(mother's milk contains 20 mg of calcium per 100 ml).

.
Women who retain very little calcium in their body can become easy victims of H1N1, due to calcium depletion/inadequacy. Therefore, it becomes very important for all the above three types of women to consume a little more calcium.
.
I am not in favour of any of these people taking calcium supplements in the form of tablets. Instead, they should go for those foods and drinks that are naturally rich in calcium.
.
While taking calcium-rich foods, one should be cautious against over-doing.
.
It is important to remember that excessive intake of calcium can give rise to obesity, lumps, cysts, fibroids, kidney stones, prostate problems, and cancers.

(Arising out of the above fact, the overweight and obese people, besides increasing the frequency of urination, should avoid taking calcium-rich foods, fruits and drinks. I have also established that the Diabetic sufferers too should avoid excessive calcium intake, lest their blood serum sugar level would go higher up.)
.
As per my findings, in “Ecological Healing System”, there are a few more relevant causes that can give rise to H1N1 disease. They include the following:
.
It is common knowledge that all metabolic activities result in acid production. Thus, if a person indulges in any form of physical activity beyond the tolerance limit, such as Marathon run, his/her body develops hyperacidosis.
Keeping awake late-nights without adequate sleep, over-working non-stop without adequate rest, excessive starvations, etc. are also not advisable.
.

When a person masturbates without any kind of lubrication* (i.e., 'dry' masturbation, as it happens in some middle-aged men and most of those in their fifties and sixties),  his/her body tends to become acidified. Such an acidification, if that happens to be within the tolerance limit of the body, nothing serious may happen.  However, if the frequency of such dry masturbation increases to a level that exceeds the tolerance capacity of the body, then he/she can almost certainly develop hyperacidosis, followed by sore throat, flu, and possibly H1N!. (The Thin and Skeletal people appear to be more susceptible to this problem than the overweight and obese).
.
(* The pre-coital secretion that oozes out in the younger people while masturbating, and in the middle or aged people while having sex with their partners, forms lubrication, and that helps in the prevention of friction heat. As a result of this, the body does NOT develop any form of hyperacidosis. In other words, frequent sex relations to not result in making the body acid. Therefore, that does not make the body susceptible for virus infections.)Consuming frequently too much of acid foods, fruits and drinks, especially by the thin-built people, will be inviting the H1N1 disease. The over-weight people may not need to fear in this respect.
.
Fruits such as Kundang (Bouea oppositifolia), rambai (Baccaurea motleyana), macang (Mangifera longipetiolata), sour mango (Mangifera indica), duku langsat (Lansium sp.), rambutan (Nephelium lappaceum), mangosteen (Garcinia artoviridis), sour belimbing (Averrhoa sp.), durian (Durio zibethinus), sour durian belanda (Annona muricata), sour plum (Prunus cultivar), strongly sour-tasting pineapple, etc., and vegetables such as asam paya/asam susur/pulicha keerai (Hibiscus sabdariffa), are strong acids. Cosuming too much of this at any one time, or too frequently, may make a person susceiptible to virus-caused diseases.
.
Strong sour drinks such as Roselle (extracted from Hisbiscus sabdariffa), tamarind juice (Asam jawa), passion fruit juice (Passiflora edulis), etc. are also highly acidic items. Most of the bottled drinks, if they happen to be acidic, may be because of citric acid addition, are not suitable for the thin and skeletal-looking people, especially during a peak virus-outbreak season.
.
Rain water and pure distilled water are acidic, and they do not contain any mineral substance. Therefore, the thin people should avoid drinking this. Water from pond, river and tap should be considered safe in this respect.
.
Most of the mineral water and processed distilled water sold in bottles tend to be in the vicinity of pH 7.0 or so. All these, and also the tap water passed through even a simple carbon water purifier, should be considered very safe in this respect.
.
Orange, lemon and pomelo, etc. although they contain citric acid, should be considered safe for consumption, for they contain more of the alkaline potassium (than the acid substances), and therefore these fresh juices/fruits would produce alkaline urine, and thereby do not disturb the body’s immunity. Very often, if a person who develops sore throat (and is about to develop a fever) takes these fruits/fresh juices, his/her sore throat would vanish overnight. 
.
Alkaline fruits such as pears, dragon fruit, banana, honey melon, water melon, sweet apple, and vegetables such as pumpkin varieties, onion, cucumber, loofa, lady’s finger, beetroot, cauliflower, carrot, etc. are good for the thin-built, because they are rich in calcium, and therefore they work against virus infections.
.
In general, most of the green leafy vegetables tend to contain plenty of calcium, and therefore, they should be considered very safe for consumption during virus epidemics.
.
Eggs, fish, especially ikan bilis (anchovies), etc. are also good sources of calcium. These are good for the Thin and the Skeletal-looking people. If the over-weight people consume too much of these items, they tend to put on more weight.
.
Coconut water (similar to the citrus fruits such as oranges and lemons) are acidic when tested using a pH meter. However, again similar to the citrus fruits, the coconut water also contains plenty of the alkaline substances that it helps in neutralising the body acidity.
.

Those who feel highly 'heaty' because of extreme acidity (but not have developed the fever yet) can neutralise it by drinking coconut water (Cocos nucifera). I have found that drinking a glass of it about twice a day for two days should be adequate to neutralise hyperacidosis in people. (If coconut water is taken in the night hours, for some reason, the body develops aches the next day. Therefore, it would be better not to drink it by evenings or late nights.)

The fruit of palmyra tree that is mistakenly called “Sea Coconut” ('Nonggu' in Tamil) (Borassus flabellifers), which is available during hot and dry season in Penang, South India, Thailand, and a few more countries near the equator, is extremely alkaline. Therefore, they are best used as herbal medicine for a cure of H1N1. However, this should be eaten just before the onset of the disease, and not if the person has already developed it. (Eating 2 pieces, thrice a day, for two days appear to be the correct dosage).

I have, in my book “Obesity: Causes, Cure and Prevention(1998), indicated that the overweight people should consume only very small quantities of the alkaline products, for they tend to put on more weight if they consumed them in larger quantities, and may even end up with obesity-related diseases as pointed out above.
.

Preservative containing sourkana, bokana, orange skin, lemon skin, red ginger, etc. tend to make the body acidic. Therefore, they are best avoided at all times, if possible.
Foods most suitable for the thin people (to avoid H1N1 infection) should include rice and rice-based items. High protein diet (e.g., chicken), since it tends to release acid during the process of digestion, should not be consumed in large quantities. (Mutton, fish, egg, etc. should be considered good for this group of people).
.

Food items cooked two or three days ago, especially if they contain dhall, green-gram, blackgram, peanuts, etc., tend to become acidic, and these are not good at all.
Many drugs tend to make the body acidic. Therefore, it would be better to avoid taking them unnecessarily. Without medical advice from a Dietician, one should avoid taking even vitamin supplements.

OXIDANTS DON'T KILL US

I AM COPY-PASTING A PASSAGE FROM WIKIPEDIA, FROM THE INTERNET, WHICH IS SELF-EXPLANTORY: (I WILL GIVE MY COMMENTS AT THE END, ALL IN CAPITAL LETTERS: Please bear with me for doing so):

"An antioxidant is a molecule capable of slowing or preventing the oxidation of other molecules.

"Oxidation is a chemical reaction that transfers electrons from a substance to an oxidizing agent.

"Oxidation reactions can produce free radicals, which start chain reactions that damage cells.

"Antioxidants terminate these chain reactions by removing free radical intermediates, and inhibit other oxidation reactions by being oxidized themselves. As a result, antioxidants are often reducing agents such as thiols or polyphenols.

"Although oxidation reactions are crucial for life, they can also be damaging; hence, plants and animals maintain complex systems of multiple types of antioxidants, such as glutathione, vitamin C, and vitamin E as well as enzymes such as catalase, superoxide dismutase and various peroxidases.
Low levels of antioxidants, or inhibition of the antioxidant enzymes, causes oxidative stress and may damage or kill cells.

"As oxidative stress might be an important part of many human diseases, the use of antioxidants in pharmacology is intensively studied, particularly as treatments for stroke and neurodegenerative diseases. However, it is unknown whether oxidative stress is the cause or the consequence of disease.

"Antioxidants are also widely used as ingredients in dietary supplements in the hope of maintaining health and preventing diseases such as cancer and coronary heart disease.

"Although initial studies suggested that antioxidant supplements might promote health, later large clinical trials did not detect any benefit and suggested instead that excess supplementation may be harmful.[1]

"In addition to these uses of natural antioxidants in medicine, these compounds have many industrial uses, such as preservatives in food and cosmetics and preventing the degradation of rubber and gasoline."

VMP'S COMMENTS: AS PER MY STUDY, CANCERS ARE CAUSED BY THE ACCUMULATION OF CALCIUM IN LARGE QUANTITIES, ENHANCED BY MAGNESIUM ADDITION. HEART ATTACK (CORONARY HEART DISEASE) IS THE RESULT OF CALCIUM (WITH MAGNESIUM) HARDENING THE CELLS OF THE BLOOD VESSEL WALLS TO THE EXTENT OF CREATING BLOCKAGES.

STROKES OCCUR BECAUSE OF THE ABSENCE OF BLOOD IN THE BRAIN, DUE TO IMPEDED FLOW, WHICH IN TURN DUE TO BLOOD VESSEL BLOCKAGES OR RUPTURES.

WHEN NERVES GET CALCIFIDE, NEURODEGENERATIVE DISEASE OCCURS.

WHEN THESE DISEASES OCCUR, THE CELLS DIE. WHEN THEY DIE, THEY PRODUCE TREMENDOUS OXIDATIVE STRESS.

SOME SCIENTISTS, SIMILAR TO E.COLI NOBEL PRIZE WINNER, MISTOOK THIS PHENOMENON, AND HAVE MISINTERPRETED THE WHOLE SEQUENCE.

SEE THE FOLLOWING EXAMPLE:

A MAN DIES. THEN, LOTS OF BACTERIA COME TO FEED ON THE DEAD TISSUES. LOTS OF FUNGI (CALLED SAPROPHYTES) ALSO COME AND EAT THE DEAD TISSUE, AND DECOMPOSE IT.

THIS CAN BE MISINTEPRETED AS "LOTS OF BACTERIA AND FUNGI ATE THE TISSUES, AND THEREFORE THE PERSON DIED". THIS IS HOW THE MISTAKEN SCIENTISTS HAVE MISINTERPRETED THE ANTI-OXIDANT THEORY.

THE BACTERIA CALLED ESCHERICHIA COLI (OR, E.COLI, FOR SHORT), COMES TO FEED ON THE OPEN WOUND CREATED BY HYDROCHLORIC ACID IN THE DUODENAL ULCER. THIS IS THE TRUTH. SOMEONE SAID, IT IS E.COLI THAT CREATES THE DUODENAL ULCER, AND HE WAS GIVEN THE NOBEL PRIZE.

IN NATURE, THE BODY DOES NOT DEVELOP GENETICALLY ANYTHING THAT IS DAMAGING TO ITS OWN BODY. "SELECTION OF FITTEST" IS THE RULE OF EVOLUTION, BY WHICH NEW AND ABLE SPECIES DEVELOP. MAN BECAME SO HIGHLY SPECIALISED ONLU THROUGH THIS PRINCIPLE.

BASED ON THE ABOVE FACT, THE OCCURRENCE OF SELF-DESTRUCTING ENZYMES, DESTRUCTIVE HORMONES AND AUTO-IMMUNE DISEASES IN THE BODY TEND RAISE DOUBTS IN OUR MIND.

SIMILAR TO THE ABOVE, OF LATE, SOME ONE HAS COME UP WITH THE THEORY THAT THE BODY CELLS ARE PROGRAMMED TO COMMIT SUICIDE!

IF OXIDENTS WERE DESTROYING CELLS TO DEATH, HOW COME THE HUMAN (AS WELL AS ANIMAL) RACE IS STILL ALIVE? THIS CREATES DOUBT IN OUT MIND.

MARKETING PEOPLE ARE QUICK TO MAKE USE OF THIS KIND OF FALLACIES.

I DON'T KNOW IF YOU REMEMBER THE STORY I TOLD: THE "BEST MARKETING MAN OF THE YEAR AWARD" WAS GIVEN TO A FELLOW WHO SOLD A REFERIGERATOR TO AN ESKIMO, WHO LIVES IN THE POLAR REGION ON THE ICE IN IGLOOS!

I THINK, ONE SHOULD EVALUATE THE TRUTH IN WHATEVER HE HEARS, FROM WHOSOEVER IT MAY BE, BEFORE ACCEPTING IT AS THE TOTAL TRUTH.



DILUTED, HOT COFFEE IS GOOD ...

The truth about coffee: It is very good and helps in digestion, provided only a little is taken. It helps even more if it is taken while it is hot.

Under normal circumstances, almost no body (except perhaps people in India) makes coffee this light. If it is an -instant coffee, we have been adding only 1/8th of a teaspoon for a mug full of drink.

If you watched the coffee makers in restaurants, you could have seen them adding one and a half (1 1/2) teaspoon of the coffee powder.

Thus, anything (in this case, the coffee) in excess becomes poisonous.
Caffeine in small doses does good, but in large doses does bad to us.

Take rice for example, which is considered harmless, that we give porridge to people even when they suffer from small pox.

If you overfill your stomach with rice, you are bound to vomit. Vomiting is sickness - it is brain's way of communication - it is body language - it is a demonstration of agitation.

In this case, the vomiting is not caused by rice as such, but is caused by the excessive quantity. The same could occur even if it is tapioca or corn, or anything else for that matter. Coffee in mild dose (taken hot) in a diluted manner is very, very good.

This resembles hen's egg. If the egg is laid by a home-raised hen (which lays without any hormone treatment), and if that is eaten INTACT (i.e., white + yolk), it is very good.

One should not seperate the yolk away and eat only the white. In Nature, you would find ALL things occur in a BALANCED state.

Egg is no exception. (Before, I have eaten 60 eggs a month, and nowadays, it varies between 8 and 20 or so a month.

I purchase the "D" or "E" grade eggs in a supermarket. These are the smallest eggs laid by hens.

The "D" or "E" grade eggs are those that are hatched by a hen soon after reaching maturity, and just before being treated growth hormones.
Once the hens in the farm are treated with growth boosters, within 2 or 3 days, the eggs start becoming bigger in their sizes - C, B, or A grade.

A grade is the biggest, and they are not that good! However, in my opinion, the home-grown hen's A-grade egg may not pose any problem.
Often, people ask me if they could consume decaffeinated coffee.

The answer is: decaffeinated coffee may not be good. Removal of caffein, in my opinion again, should mean that it is a manupulated unnatural product.

Natural coffee in dilution is good. The little caffeine, in fact, may help the body to build "immunity' against whatever its overdose would do!

This is similar to Bitter Gourd (Pavakkai, Suddakkai, Agathi Keerai, etc.). All these are mildly poisonous.

If such mild and natural poisons are taken once in 10 days or so, they would build up 'immunity' to tolerate poisons.

If taken daily, the bitter-tasting Agathi keerai (Sesbania grandiflora) for instance, would definitely give you the skin disease psoriasis - no doubt about that at all!

In Siddha / Ayurvedic medicine, they suggest that this should be eaten only once in 25 days or so.

Referring to tannin that is present in tea, it is known as "iron scavenger". In other words, it spoils the iron content that may enter into our body from the food (i.e., green leafy vegetables) from getting absorbed.

As a result, a regular tea drinker would end up developing iron deficiency anemia, grey hair, erratic menses in women, headaches, forgetfulness, energylessness, indigestion, loss of appetite, slow reflex, and the like.

If a person has white skin (depigmented skin, called vitiligo or leucoderma), and if he were to take tea nonstop, it would spread rapidly, due to the loss of iron and also due to the enhanced retention of calcium.

The moral of the story appears to be that (a) nothing should be taken in excess, and (b) coffee is harmless if taken in a diluted form.

I have been drinking 3 cups of hot, diluted coffee (using instant coffee powder) daily, since 40 years or so, without any problem.

Enema & Colon Cleansing

There are several different kinds of enemas. All enemas are meant for the removal of the stuck-up fecal matter in the lower intestinal track.

Intestinal cleansing can be done either with orally taken herbal or chemical laxatives, and can also be done through the anus. Any substance driven into the colon through the anus for the purpose of cleansing or for X-ray taking, etc. are called enema.

I have read in some ancient Ayurvedic literature, that during those days, the Rishis used to cleanse their colon using straw, and by squatting under running water (streams).

It is certainly very important to cleanse the colon and rectum areas. If not, several diseases are bound to develop. I have found that it is totally true.

I have made clinical observation that ALL the people who suffer from diabetes, cancers and stone diseases have what I call "Chronic Constipation".

Chronic constipation in Western medicine is defined as acute constipation (i.e., not defecating for two or more number of days - stuck up situation) that stays for longer periods.

Whereas, in Ecological Healing System I have pioneered, chronic constipation means, defecating soft, slimy, shapeless, smelly stools more than once (to several times) a day, giving the person a feeling of dissatisfaction and a sense of incomplete toileting). (In Western medicine, they call this situation, mild diarrhoea, which is a misunderstanding the true situation).

To start with, a person develops acute constipation. When acute constipation gets prolonged, at it severe stage, brain comes to the rescue by making certain cells at the intestinal walls (called Adenomatous cells) to secrete plenty of water. This water, helped by the peristalsis (i.e., intestinal movement) action to a great extent, gets mixed with the hardened faeces, softens it, makes it slimy, and sends out through the anus in small quantities, resulting in the chronic constipation, as I have described above.

Faeces contains in it all the undigested and unabsorbed calcium, iron, etc. that constituted as 'unavailable' or 'unabsorbable' part of the vegetables and other foods eaten.

When a person develops chronic constipation, the whole matter there becomes food for bacteria. When the bacteria (billions of them, rapidly reproducing) eat the slimy faeces, the bacteria themselves defecate, and this defecation becomes ACIDIC. As a result of this, the entire clogged-up slimy faecal matter in the colon becomes acidic.

During the above process, the unabsorbed calcium component of the faecal matter gets absorbed by the soft cells that are present in the intestinal lining (the wall), and gets (a) retained within those cells themselves that give rise to colon cancer in due course, OR, (b) gets transmitted into the lymph fluids, which takes such calcium to the cells that make up various soft tissues (e.g., breasts, uterus, ovary, Fallopian tubes, kidneys, liver, prostate, stomach, pancreas, bile duct, brain, hormone secreting glands including thyroid, etc. etc.) all over the body.

A continued accumulation of calcium this way results in the development of benign lumps/tumours. These structures, if the same procedure continues further, turn out to become cancers.

In other words, prolonged chronic constipation (as per my definition) will give rise to cancers, stone diseases, heart blockages, and also to diabetes. (All diabetics definitely have chronic constipation).

Chronic constipation appears to be one of the TWO major causes for the development of cancers, stone diseases including heart diseases (blockages) and diabetes.

The second important cause that promotes the occurrence of the above diseases in under-urination. The calcium component that was consumed in excess by the person has to be evacuated out of the body. The brain sends them out through the urine.

If a person 'grossly' under-urinates, then, these unwanted calcium also gets absorbed into the cells of the soft tissues all over the body, enhanced by the lymph fluid movements.

If a person wants to keep healthy, and if he/she were to live a life without any major (or even some of the minor) diseases, he/she must NOT accumulate faecal matter in the colon / in any part of the intestinal track.

If a person consumes food that is more 'natural', he/she normally does not develop chronic constipation. (Of course, although the ground nuts and several other nuts, milk, especially the powdered milk, chocolates, biscuits, refined flour products, etc. are from ntural resources, they are bound to promote chronic constipation).

In spite of carefully guarding the food consumption, if a person develops chronic constipation, he/she MUST do colon cleansing in order to conserve his/her good health. If not, he/she is bound to develop several of the above-mentioned diseases.

There are several kinds of herbal and chemical laxatives that are capable of cleansing the colon area to different extents.

Some of them are very good, while a few of them tend to make the person addicted to them. Further, some of them can give rise to real dangers - especially if they are improperly used.

So, one should be extra careful in undergoing colon cleansing. Experimenting with these methods all by oneself may not be a good idea at all.

If and when a chronic constipation develops, one should learn the correct and tested out procedure from the expert trainer in the respective field, and then undergo such a cleansing.

PLEASE NOTE: IMPROPER USAGE MAY GIVE RISE TO DANGEROUS RESULTS, and they can even be fatal.. Women who are pregnant will have to be extra-careful, for even abortion and other complications can occur.

Most of the enemas and oral methods may be of help in this regard. I have personally NOT tried many of them, and I have my own method for doing this job, which I advocate only to my patients, and that too only in person, and not through the Internet.

As I always used to say: PLEASE EVALUATE TRUTH IN WHATEVER YOU HEAR, FROM WHOMSOEVER IT MAY BE!

GREEN TEA, VEGETABLES, VIRUS DISEASES & CANCERS‏

Green Tea & Vegetable Salads Good or Bad?‏

Any tea that is turned BROWN, tends to contain tannin. Then, it becomes harmful.

Green tea, being greenish and not brownish or smoked, may not contain any tannin. Therefore, this may be considered almost similar to taking fresh vegetable salads.

Is taking fresh salads any good?

If salad vegetables (e.g., lettuce, broccoli, tomato, cucumber, even red radish, pepper chili, and all the rest that are added to mixed salad) are well washed to remove all the pesticide residues, and if they are taken in small quantities, they will do a lot good to the body.

Unfortunately, most of the salad and green leafy vegetables are sprayed with excessive insecticides, to save them from the insects.
Washing off of all the poisons is extremely difficult.
I have observed in many restaurants that they dip these vegetables very gently in water (in the name of washing) and garnish them nicely on glittering plates, and place them on the dining table.

If they washed them very well, the leaves would give a 'crushed' look, and will look unpalatable. Therefore, they try not to wash very well.

Usually, when vegetables are cooked, most of the poisons tend to DECOMPOSE (they chemically change, and the poison effect tends to get changed), and thereby even slightly washed vegetables may become relatively safer for consumption.

Even the skin of potatoes, sweet potatoes, radish, carrot, turnip, and practically ALL underground vegetables tend to contain mild poisons.
The purpose of these poisons in underground parts is to protect them from being eaten away by other soil-living organisms (e.g., arthropods).
That is why we should not eat the skin of any of these underground tubers.
However, the moment these vegetables are cooked, the poisons tend to decompose as mentioned above. Then, they are safe, and we can eat them with their skin intact.

Some people tend to eat the skin of these vegetables in an uncooked state, and that may not be a good idea at all.

Now, coming back to eating uncooked salads, they contribute the following:

If a person's body is highly acidic, he/she tends to get common cold (not referring to sinus problem here) and flu (fever) too frequently.

Excessive body acidity would give the person high fever, different kinds of virus diseases including shingles, chickenpox, and even HIV for that matter (See my book "True Causes of All Diseases").
The acid nature of the body status is called "Hyperacidosis".

Acid substances, when touched, give you a burning sensation, even if they were refrigerated. Similarly, if our body becomes acidified, it will give us a burning sensation, or fever, or make us feel as if our body is very heaty.

The remedy for this lies in neutralising the acidity. In other words, ALL virus diseases can be cured by taking highly alkaline food substances, including alkaline fruits and drinks.

That is why, when a person has chicken pox, the Ayurvedic medical system recommends the use of Neem leaves to be spread on bed and also on the body. They even soak the neem leaves in water and bathe the patient. The neem plant, called Azadiracta indica, is highly alkaline.

Now, ALL the salad items, with the exception of perhaps tomato, are very rich in CALCIUM, which is highly alkaline.
So, if 'plenty' of well-washed or organically raised salads are eaten, the body will 'cool' down, and thus it will be very good.
However, one should remember that this method of over-consumption of vegetable matter should be considered as some medication for a cure, and should not be continued on a daily basis.

What would happen if one continues to consume too much of vegetables (cooked or uncooked) on a daily basis?

The rule is "anything in excess will become poisonous".

Too much of vegetable consumption will increase the calcium content of the body. This is certainly not good.

Grown up people require only about 450 or 500 mg of calcium daily.

Children, of course, require double the amount, because their bones, teeth, and several parts of their body that are growing up require larger quantities of calcium.
That is why children can consume milk, and new born infants drink milk alone, and nothing else!

When the grown-up men consume far too much of green leafy vegetables that contain plenty of calcium, then, the calcium excesses tend to get accumulated within the soft cells in the prostate gland, enlarge them, and can turn that into prostate cancer.

Such excessive calcium can give grown up people kidney stones, heart blockages, lumps, tumours and finally cancers.

So, even vegetables should be consumed only in MODERATION!
Unfortunately, some misinformed health advocates simply advice the public to consume unlimited quantities of vegetables.

In my clinic in Kuala Lumpur, I have come across many Chinese gentlemen becoming victims of such excessive salad and vegetable soup consumptions. They often get prostate problems. (These are curable by acidifying the body in a properly regulated manner, using acid-natured vegetables, fruits and drinks).

Can one drink GREEN TEA on a daily basis?

If your body is has become acidic, if you feel very heaty or feverish, you can take green tea, and it would cure your problems. In this sense, green tea is very good.

If you are a skeletal-looking thin person, if you took green tea, it would help you put on weight, and that will be good too.

If you are an obese or overweight person, and if you took green tea occasionally, it may not do any harm. On the other hand, if you happen to drink green tea frequently and on a regular basis, you tend to put on more weight, and you could get benign lumps in any part of the body. That can also give rise to stone diseases and prostate problems.

In my opinion, green tea is good, if it is taken as a medicine.
