I have been trying to get hold of your books but without much success. Apparently, most bookshops in the vicinity do not stock them.

Perhaps you should consider having the link at a more prominent place in your blog. I always say "Anything in Ex...Dear Ms.Juliet,

I always say "Anything in Excess is Very Dangerous!"

If you have been drinking only one glass daily, that is 'excessively' too little.

If you drink 5 L daily, that is excessively too much for the body.

Thus drinking 1.5 L (i.e., 6 glasses) at one go in the morning will constitute far too much, and that can be EXTREMELY DANGEROUS!

Spontaneously drinking such a large quantity of water at one go can even rupture the tender and tiny blood capillaries in the brain area and that can result in bleeding and death. This is called cerebral haemorrhage. Then, the death, I guess, may be classified as "misadventure".

Please do not listen to all sorts of recommendations put up by ill-informed, or improperly informed, or untrained people.

A wide variety of erroneous information are circulating in the Internet. Often, people mix truth with faulty information and present it as though everything is correct.

Such misguidances often invite negative criticisms from medical professionals. As a result of such fallacies, people tend to view even genuine Alternative Medical Practitioners with suspicion.

Water drinking is good and is important for the prevention (or cure) of many of the diseases. Yet, there is a definite procedure for doing it.

You have two choices now:
(1) you can wait until I come to that part in this Megaseries - which may take one or two months, or (2) you can read Chapter 10: Cure and Prevention (pages 351-442) in my book "Obesity: Causes, Cure and Prevention". You can get more information on this in the website: www.neo-healthcare.com

I hope people will not start saying that I am advertising my books: If I did, is it a big mistake? I will talk about this at a later time.

This has to so because the answer for your question cannot be given in one or two paragraphs.

So, kindly bear with me until then.

With best wishes,
Dr. Palani.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13487465202757505107noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4225652294610687732.post-20453855937336976142009-09-10T21:09:37.065+08:002009-09-10T21:09:37.065+08:00Hi doctor,
