WHAT MAKES THIN MEN HYPERSEXED WITH STRONG DESIRES AND VIRILITY, AND WHAT RUINS THEM IN THE OBESE?

My book entitled “Your Sex Potentials,” published under the series “Ecological Healing System: Thesis and Hypothesis,” deals with the capabilities of men and women.


As per my discovery I have reported in my first book “Obesity: Causes, Cure, and Prevention,the body form (shape, structure/frame and weight) of a person depends upon (a) the quantity of urine voided, and (b) the quantity of food eaten. 
 

The more the quantity of urine voided, the less will be the body weight and frame.


In other words, if a person urinates 14 times daily (e.g., about 3 L), after a few years, he will end up being very thin, and under-weighing. I call him a ‘skeletal’ person.


Reduced urinations, say twice a day (e.g., 300 ml) for a few years, will make the person heavier and obese.


He would look well-built and ‘giant-sized,’ without a bulged stomach.


In other words, the body weight of a person is inversely proportional to the quantity of urine voided, over a prolonged period of time.


Likewise, increased food consumption will increase the body weight.


Thus, a decrease in the food quantity will  decrease the body weight of a person.


In other words, increase in body weight is directly proportional to the increased food consumption.


A person who becomes obese due to over-eating will develop a huge ‘hanging’ kind of bulged stomach*.


(*   The over-weight of a person who becomes so because of over-eating is often called Exogenous Obesity.  If it is due to other causes such as metabolic abnormality, then, that is known as Endogenous Obesity.)


Relationship between obesity and sex potentials:


Both men and women who are obese (due to under-urination) will have very little desire for sex 


Their sex-related bedtime activities, or foreplay, will also be minimal.


The interval between any two sexual unions will be far apart: e.g. in their early twenties, they may sleep together once daily or on alternate days, in late twenties twice a week; in their thirties, may be once in 10 days, and in their early forties, perhaps once in three weeks.


They tend to abstain altogether even in their mid-forties**.


(**  Obese women often develop menopause (cease to menstruate) even in their early forties. Whereas, the thin or the skeletal (married) women would continue to menstruate even in their late fifties. More details in this regard are discussed in a different book entitled Obesity: Causes, Cure and Prevention (Palaniappan, 1998)).


When it comes to the thin or the skeletal people, they are often hypersexed.


They tend to copulate twice or thrice daily soon after their marriage.


A few months later, they would do it almost once daily, which would add up to about 17 - 22 times a month.


This would continue for numerous years.


They often form the exploring type of people, and get extensively involved in the foreplay activities.


They continue to be intensely active even in their sixties. They do not retire***.


(*** Thin women married to thin persons should consider themselves very fortunate in this respect.)


 Why should there be disparities in sex potentials between the obese and the thin?


The reasons for this have been elaborately discussed in my book Obesity: Causes, Cure and Prevention.


Therefore, a brief summary of the same should be adequate to keep the reader informed.


Reduced urinations promote accumulation of calcium oxalate crystals in the cells of most of the soft tissues in the body, and they harden them, at times to form even lumps and cysts.


Elsewhere, in combination with few other substances such as cholesterol, vitamin-D, etc., they accumulate to form kidney stones, prostate enlargement or stones, cysts and fibroids, and also harden the blood vessels to the extent of creating heart blockages.


Mineral iron is an important substance that is required for the build up of blood.


Rich blood will carry adequate oxygen to the brain for its efficient functioning.


In addition, such oxygen will also aid in the process of proper digestion of the food ingested, and thus releases enough of energy for physical and mental activities.


The mineral iron for the body comes from the food eaten, especially from green leafy vegetables.


Excessive calcium accumulated in the body due to under-urination, being alkaline in reaction, prevents the absorption of iron, thus creating a hindrance to a proper build up of the blood, and thereby all other related activities.


This ultimately reduces the availability of energy for an active sex life.


In the body of a thin person, free calcium does not stay, for the excessive water he drinks will leach away most of the nutrients, including calcium, through frequent urinations.


As a result, his body fluids become mostly acidic in nature, and that is very conducive for the synthesis of iron from foods eaten.


(****Under normal circumstances, only a small percentage (e.g., about 20%) of the total ‘locked-up’ iron in the plant tissues would become available during digestion.


The rest would get lost along with the faecal matter.


However, in an acid medium, more than double the quantity of iron would become available.


For instance, cooking spinach with garlic (being highly acidic) would enhance an increased availability of the iron for absorption.) 


This in turn helps in the build up of blood, and thereby the transportation of oxygen for better digestion and energy release.


As a result, brisk physical and sharp mental activities occur.

The above information will explain the reasons as why the thin are hypersexed, and the obese are under-sexed.


One can easily notice that the latter group of people are often lazy and lethargic.  

The above described phenomenon also makes an obese person sterile, and a thin person much fertile.

The sperm production and its motility will be minimal in an obese male

Likewise, the Fallopian tube often gets blocked in obese females.


Conception is prevented in several ways.

WHY DO ONLY CERTAIN PEOPLE DEVELOP EYE BAGS, AND NOT ALL?

When a person under-urinates (e.g., 2-4 times daily) the calcium EXCESSES (i.e., what is more than the body's requirement) that are supposed to get excreted in the urine tend to stay back within the body.


Such excesses will NOT become part of the BLOOD. If they do, they will change the alkalinity (i.e., the pH) of the blood.

If and when the alkalinity (or acidity) of the blood goes too much beyond its tolerance range, people will die.

Therefore, in Nature, a hormone called CALCITONIN, secreted by the thyroid gland in the throat (hence, it is also called thyrocalcitonin), maintains the calcium content of the blood within tolerable limits. 

As a result, all those calcium EXCESSES that have accumulated within the body, which could be due to various reasons including consumption of calcium supplements, are normally disposed off through urinations.

When a person under-urinates, since the 'little' water present in the urine can remove only relatively smaller quantity of the calcium (since it cannot carry in it anything beyond its saturation point), most of such calcium excesses tend to stay WITHIN the body.

If yes, where can they stay? 

Well, the best available location is the tissues (i.e., the cells that make up the tissues / flesh / organs) present in various parts of the body. 

So, each cell receives a little of the calcium excesses and swells up (i.e., hypertrophy occurs).

This can then INCREASE the overall BODY WEIGHT of the person.

When large number of cells in ONE location accumulate such calcium, the entire location SWELLS up.

The BREAST LUMP forms a good example of this.


The tender tissues under the eyes too tend to accumulate this, resulting in the enlargement of the cells there, and that forms the eye bag.

Why should such free calcium accumulate in the eye region?

In the first place, most of the calcium excesses are carried by the LYMPH fluid to various parts of the body.

The normal BLOOD is circulated all over the body - to every nook and corner, by the pushing force created by heart's pumping action.

Unfortunately, the LYMPH fluid has no such help. It has to move from one spot to another within the body either by GRAVITATIONAL PULL (DOWNWARD), or by muscular movement to all other directions - laterally and upward!

(Of interest: The lymph flow can get impeded in people who are stagnant, without any body movement)

When a person SLEEPS for 7 or 8 hours without a PILLOW, for instance, his head is going to be at a LOWER LEVEL than the rest of his BODY and limbs.

This would drive the lymph fluid towards the head.

Thus, his BRAIN can receive such calcium excesses, and eventually give rise to BRAIN TUMOUR.

In that process, all the soft tissues in the FACE are also going to receive the calcium excesses.

The tissues under the eyes (compared to rest of the muscles in the face) are relatively very tender, and therefore, they tend to receive most of the calcium.

If the person happens to WASH his FACE very well with WATER, after waking up in the mornings (or at any time), the calcium excesses may get dispersed from THAT sight, or dislocated to other regions in the face. (and make the chin fleshy, swollen and 'hanging').

If the person does NOT wash his face, as in the case of people in TEMPERATE or cold countries (for want of hot water, since ice-cold water cannot be used for washing the face), then, the accumulations HARDEN there, and form SOLID EYE BAG structures.

The following should form the prevention or remedial measures for the Eye Bag problem:

In the first place, one should use a pillow.

It would be better if the pillow helps in keeping the head at at least in a slightly RAISED level, compared to rest of the body.

The second important thing is, one should drink about 2 – 2½ L water daily.

The crucial necessity next is, the person should definitely urinate about 8 – 10 times - nearly all the water he had taken.

Of course, avoiding taking calcium supplements unnecessarily would help a great deal.

If an eye bag has already formed, it becomes very difficult to correct it, for the soft cells would not easily allow the removal of the calcium oxalate crystal deposits.

However, if a person keeps on washing his/her face a few times daily with water, these accumulations may get disturbed at least to a slight extent, and then may get dispersed from the soft tissues to other parts of the body.


To help in the process of dissolving away the Eye Bags, or even to prevent from forming, I train my Group Therapy Participants a special technique called "Eye Massage".

One should not simply rub or damage the eyes. The Eye Massage I am referring to certainly requires some training. 

The characteristics of the Skeletal or Thin persons (Palaniappan, 2000) are such that they tend to (a) drink plenty of water, (b) urinate liberally, and (c) wash their face several times daily. 

As a result of all these, the Skeletal and Thin people living in the tropical countries almost never develop eye bags.


However, such thin people living in temperate regions may not wash their face often, and therefore, they tend to develop SMALL eye bags.

Most of the overweight and OBESE people in the temperate countries, and some such people in the tropics tend to develop eye bags, and this is essentially because of (a) under-urination that leads to calcium accumulation, and (b) not washing the face, especially in the mornings after waking up from bed.

A point worthy of noting is that the development of Obesity, Breast Lumps, Cysts, various Tumours, Hypocalcaemia and Prostate Enlargement, Cancers, Hypothyroidism, etc. are DIRECTLY related to the accumulation of excessive calcium within the body.

CANCERS CAN BE CREATED IN HEALTHY PEOPLE.

PROSTATE GLAND CAN BE ENLARGED, AND PSA READINGS CAN BE RAISED, AND/OR REDUCED.

The following statement forms one of the definitions of science:

To call something scientific, you should be able to create that something, undo it, and re-do or re-create it.

If you cannot create it, it cannot be called scientific.

Likewise, if you cannot undo it, and cannot re-create it again, then, that too will not constitute scientific.

As for example, you should be able to split water (H2O) into hydrogen and oxygen. Then, if you combine both, it should form water again.

That is science.

In the practice of medicine, can you give a healthy person a simple virus-caused health problem such as a common cold?

Can you give a healthy person asthma, knee pain, duodenal ulcer, diabetes, cancer or any such non-communicable disease?

If you can give, it would mean that you already know the exact cause that gives the disease.

If you cannot give, remove, and re-create after removal or healing, then your approach is NOT scientific.

Let us see a drastic example of an unscientific procedure:

A person weighs 100 Kg. If he is an Asian, his ideal weight should be, say, 65 Kg.

You can surgically remove portions of the ‘hanging’ flabby flesh from different parts of his body (e.g., thigh, buttocks), make him stand over a weighing machine, and show that his weight has come down to 65 Kg.

On doing so, you can label it as scientific surgical procedure.

Yet, the above ‘butchery’ approach, being totally unscientific, will not give the person any of the expected health benefits.

The correct scientific approach would demand recognition of the exact cause that had made him obese in the first place, eliminating that error, and bringing his body weight to the expected optimum.

Likewise, cutting away surgically a cancer growth, or burning off some of the body tissues by any of the so-called scientific means may not form the correct answer to solving the problem.

The burning procedure could be scientific. However, the approach is not.

One should know the exact cause (i.e., risk factor) of the cancer development, prevent it, and then cure or heal it altogether. This should form the correct and scientific sequence.

If this can be done, then, introduction of the exact risk factors into the body of a healthy person should, by right, give the same cancer.

Let me challenge, can anyone do that?

It can be done in the practice of Ecological Healing System.

We can ENLARGE a normal PROSTATE GLAND that would then lead to PROSTATE CANCER in a healthy man.

The PSA readings (Prostate Specific Antigen - a tumour marker, tested from blood sample of the person) can also be boosted up to dangerous levels.

We can then bring the readings down to near-norm.

Shrinking down the enlarged prostate gland can also be done to some extent. 

The enlarged cells appear to be losing their original tensile strength and elasticity.

As a result, somewhat similar to a loosened rubber-band, contraction of the cells to their original norm does not seem to be 100% possible.

If it has turned into malignancy (i.e., cancerous), that too can be healed altogether.

However, the cancer ‘structure’ which often happens to be a ‘stone’ of mostly calcium oxalate crystals, does not seem to get dissolved. This necessitates the removal of the ‘stone’ only by surgical means.

A follow-up with chemotherapy and or radiations become redundant in such cases. They do not contribute to any health benefits to the sufferer. The belief that they help is only a fallacy (Palaniappan, 2010).

To do the required healing, you need to know the exact cause that gives rise to the prostate problem.

On knowing the cause, you can, as I had said earlier, give a healthy person the prostate enlargement and related increases in the PSA readings.

Let me describe an incidence that had led me to trace the exact risk factor for this problem.

* * * * * *
In the year 2000, I went (from Malaysia) to Coimbatore city in South India, with a view to finding the possibility of opening up a college for the teaching of my newly-founded scientific alternative medicine - the Ecological Healing System (EHS).

The residence I occupied there had an acre of garden space, with very fertile soil. The climate in Coimbatore is very conducive for agriculture.

Since gardening has been my most favourite pastime activity all the time, I started raising an excellent fruit orchard, and a garden of vegetables and flower plants.

I raised the best varieties, getting my seeds from the Tamil Nadu Agriculture University there.

While I took great pleasure in distributing my organically-raised vegetables and fruits to several of my relatives, neighbours and friends (for free), I started consuming them in unimaginably large quantities.

Health Advocates often have the following strong suggestions to you:

“Eat plenty of vegetables. They do a lot of good things to you, and you will maintain excellent health.”

I believed it. Yet, had doubts.

I am a firm believer in the words of wisdom put up by great sages.

The rule of any game should be “anything in excess will be dangerous!”

In spite of the above ‘mantra’ (hymn), as a daily routine, I made thick soups of ALL vegetables, and drank the whole lot of them, at least twice daily.

I was doing thus for about one full year, missing only at rare occasions.

During this period, I have been drinking 2 L of water daily, and urinating about 8 or 10 times.

By right, if I have been eating everything in mediocre quantities, consumption of 2 L water and urinating about 8 times daily should be sufficient for good health management (Palaniappan, 1998-2011).

While consuming far too much of vegetable soups, I should have consumed double the normal quantity of water - about 4 litres.

For that matter, even if I did consume plenty of water and urinated liberally, I am not too sure if the CALCIUM OXALATE crystals present in the soups could have gone out of my body.

On the other hand, if I consumed abundant water, then, I may not know the beneficial or ill-effects of the excessive soup consumptions.

Anyway, I did not change my water consumption regiment.

* * * * * *
While researching for the development of Ecological Healing System (EHS), I have found the following:

Under normal circumstances, an average Asian adult, weighing about 60 or 65 kg measuring about 5 ft. 6 inches tall, and living in the tropical climate, tends to require about 2 litres of pure water for a healthy living.

For a healthy living, water drinking alone would not help the person. That has to be accompanied by regular urinations.

If 2 L of water is consumed, nearly all of it should be voided as urine through about 8 or 9 times in a 24-hour day.

The above sequence would help in the utilisation of correct quantities of the nutrients and elimination of the excesses - even if they happen to be ‘good’ substances - as long as they are water-soluble.

Reduced water consumption or under-urination would result in the accumulation of the ‘good’ excesses to toxic levels.

The unwanted toxic substances that normally get eliminated through urinations would also stay back within the body, and get accumulated in the soft cells, along with the ‘good excesses’, thus giving the person some diseases (e.g., hypervitaminoses).

On the other hand, if the person happens to consume far too much of water (e.g., say, 5 L), he/she would naturally end up voiding abundant urine.

Excessive urinations would deplete most of all the water-soluble nutrients, resulting in the shortcoming of the required minimum for the upkeep of good health, through nutrient-deficiency diseases.

In about a year’s time, one morning, as I woke up, I could not void urine.

I did not resort to taking any synthetic diuretics, such as Lasix Furosemide.

Drinking coconut water too did not ease the problem. I had great discomfort accompanied with pain.

I went to consult a famous Urologist in Coimbatore city.

On doing several tests, which included ultra-sound, he confirmed that my prostate is enlarged (Benign prostatic  Hypertrophy).

The doctor was of the opinion that at my age (I was 63 then; now, 74)), prostate enlargement is common, and that if it goes too bad, I can opt for surgical removal of the gland at a later date.

I took the medicines he prescribed for a week, and stopped when urination became smooth.

HOWEVER, ON RECOGNISING THAT IT WAS THE EXCESSIVE CONSUMPTION OF VEGETABLE SOUPS THAT HAD GIVEN ME THE PROSTATE ENLARGEMENT, THROUGH THE ACCUMULATION OF CALCIUM OXALATE CRYSTALS, I DECIDED TO CHANGE MY DIET HABIT.

From then on, I stopped taking soups altogether, and the enlarged prostate gland stood still from then on - did not enlarge any further.

I started consuming food items that had least calcium oxalate, or even calcium for that matter. If they happened to have plenty of it, I found ways to leach them away before cooking/consuming.

Some 10 years have passed by, and I did not have any problem related to my prostate gland.

It did not become a tumour, and did not spread to other parts of the body.

Semen production, urination, etc. have been going on smooth since then.

When tested (a few times) in Selayang Hospital in Kuala Lumpur, even the PSA reading came to just almost nothing. (I will report the exact reading after checking my records later).

The knowledge I had gathered through the above ‘MISADVENTURE’ had helped me to understand the risk factor for the occurrence of prostate enlargement in men.

A large number of Chinese men, a few Indians and fewer Malays in Malaysia came to me with this problem.

I could trace this enlargement in all of them to be due to their EXCESSIVE SOUP-DRINKING HABIT.

Almost without exception, all of them said they became health-conscious, listening to health advocates, and had consumed too much of vegetables.

Major part of my treatment for the problem included:

(a) stopping them from consuming soups of any kind altogether (since all soups are only extracts of calcium present in the entire lot of the vegetable or meat item used.)

(b) avoiding the consumption of vegetables that are rich in calcium oxalate crystals,

(c) removal of calcium oxalate crystals prior to cooking the vegetable matter,

(d) mildly acidifying the food with natural edible substances,

(e) drinking slightly excessive quantity of purified water that has an ACID pH (e.g., about 5.6 or so - rain water, or distilled water), and

(f) voiding more than the required number of urinations.

With all the above, within about two months, the patient’s PSA readings, assessed by approved laboratories, can be seen going down to be within the normal range, or even much lesser than that.

Strict adherence to the suggested food habits would help in keeping the PSA readings at a much lower level within the permitted range.

TO SUM UP, PROSTATE GLAND SEEMS TO GET ENLARGED (AND TURNS CANCEROUS LATER) BECAUSE OF THE ACCUMULATION OF EXCESSIVE CALCIUM OXALATE CRYSTALS, WHICH SEEMS TO OCCUR DUE TO EXCESSIVE CONSUMPTION OF VEGETABLES
