DISEASES, FEATURES AND LIFESTYLE THAT ARE RELATED TO PREMATURE GRAYING OF HAIR IN PEOPLE

Young and middle-aged people become very much concerned about their hair turning grey.
They try their best to stop it.
However, in the end, they give up, simply because none of the suggestions help them conserve their original dark colour.
The following information should prove very useful for preventing the mishap from happening.
Of course, the curative procedure requires some other approach, which I have elaborated in my book "Hair Problems: Causes, Cure and Prevention".
Please see the following table, which is self-explanatory. (I have given here the data that are related mainly for women.
Such information is slightly different for men, and this can be seen in my Hair Problems book.
All these are based on my own research, done during the period of 39 years, starting from 1975:
