Factor-12: HEART PAIN 


The sex potentials of a MAN suffering from heart pain tend to get drastically reduced.


This is so because, the very heart pain occurs only after the development of blockages within the blood vessels, especially in those that are within the heart.


Fear of death seems to keep away most of the heart patients from sex related activities.


A combination of calcium, vitamin-D, and cholesterol gives rise to the blockages and thickening of the blood vessel walls.


This condition is known as arteriosclerosis.


Besides this, the combination also gives rise to various stone diseases in different parts of the body.


Blockages and stone diseases interfere in the normal functioning of the body in several ways.


Drastic reduction of sex potentials in men is one of them.


This problem does not seem to occur in women for the following reasons:


Fertile women lose a substantial quantity of calcium every month through their menstrual discharges.


Therefore, they almost never get heart attacks until they enter into the menopause stage.


Therefore, if fertile women lose their interest in sex, it should be due to some other factor, which may still (or may not) be linked to excessive calcium accumulation, and not due to problems related to heart pains as such.


At the same time, let us not forget the fact, although that may appear to be an inconsistency when read superficially, even the menstruating women can accumulate plenty of calcium to the extent of developing a moon-face (as said before) through under-urination, after consuming (regularly / frequently) plenty of calcium-enriched foods or supplements, and as a result get their sex desires suppressed.


Again, another very important fact in connection with sexual desire in women, by nature, MOST of the women (except for the very thin, with hirsutism - hair on body, arms and legs) do NOT get natural arousal for sex*. They are, for most part of their life, very highly passive.

Men can overcome or prevent their loss of sex potentials by reversing the process of calcification in the following manner:


Since reduced water consumption and under-urination allow the retention of calcium and subsequently its accumulation within the body, one should drink about 2½ L of pure water daily, and void nearly all of it through 8 – 10 urinations.


At the same time, consumption of foods and drinks that are artificially enriched with calcium should also be avoided.


Since a lot of calcium comes from milk, adults should avoid drinking milk as such on a regular basis*.

(However, mixing small quantities of the same for making coffee may not harm an individual.)

It would be better to avoid the excessive consumption of low-density lipids.


Anyway, in the absence of other bad components, cholesterol on its own may not do much harm to anyone.


Thus, if a man can take care of himself in this way, undoubtedly, his sex potentials can be expected to remain at an elevated level.


The prime news one should remember is: A PERSON WHO HAS ACCUMULATED TOO MUCH OF CALCIUM WITHIN HIS BODY, CAN EASILY LOSE IT BY HAVING FREQUENT SEX, for the SEMEN CARRIES IN IT LOTS AND LOTS OF THE CALCIUM, and that will keep the man happier, while at the same time, much healthier without the excesses.


It is the PROSTATE GLAND that scavenges most of the free calcium to produce the semen.


In fact, if a man is not going to have regular sex (or masturbation), he tends to accumulate the calcium which he could have otherwise lost through the ejaculations.


The next question you may want to ask is, “How many times, or at what frequency should I / can I have sex?”


Simple. Follow the urge for sex. Once your ‘stock’ is exhausted, you will not feel like having sex until the stock gets replenished.


I have found that having sex DAILY night will be good. Anyway, this appears to add up only to about 16 to 22 times a month - that is by way of statistics. See my book “Sex Problems” for more details.


One word of caution: DRY masturbation is too bad! That will make your body hyperacidosed, giving you sore throat, fever, and the like. See my article on H1N1 in this Blog.

I would like to add another word of caution here:

In Nature, if any organ or part of the body is NOT used for a prolonged period, it becomes vestigial-like, and loses its capacity to function any more.

This appears to be true for penis: If you refrain from having sex altogether (including masturbation) for a few years, then, you tend to lose erection 'automatically'. Thus, in can be one of the reasons for Erectile Dysfunction, known as Impotency in the olden days.

Rule-12: Prevent all causes that would give you heart pain. If you are a HEALTHY male, have regular sex, and that will help you in avoiding pain that could be related to calcium accumulation.

My Reply:

All those you have listed are alkaline in nature.

If these are eaten as cooked vegetables, each not more than thrice a week, they would do a lot good for people in maintaining the ACID-BASE BALANCE in the body.

To maintain our health in a very good state, we have to consume three-fifth alkaline vegetables + fruits * drinks, and two-fifth acid vegetables + fruits + water.

If we consume more acid items for two weeks* or so at a stretch, we would end up developing sore throat, fever and the like. This happens because our body fluids become slightly acidic - i.e.,mild hyperacidosis develops.


(* This duration differs from person to person. Overweight persons may have to take for a month or two to develop hyperacidosis**, whereas the thin persons may get it even in a weeks’ time).


(** When overweight persons develop hyperacidosis suddenly, their knee will start getting pain, and their ankle area can swell up - they are arthritis and gout, respectively. More details on this can be seen in my book “Human Diseases”.)

You have asked if their raw juices of these vegetables can be consumed in the mornings daily.


That will not be good at all.


In the first place, consuming any particular vegetable or fruit daily will mean that you are over-doing. The rule is “anything in excess will be dangerous”.

Eating anything that is RAW (uncooked) will put up an OXYGEN DEMAND* (called B.O.D, meaning, Biological Oxygen Demand) in the intestinal tract for a while.

That may not do much harm except delaying the process of digestion, and anaerobic bacteria may play a small part there.

For more details on this, we have to refer to published papers.

(* When any uncooked food - of plant or animal material, that goes into the stomach in a living state, the cells that make up that substance are bound to continue (a) utilising oxygen to breathe, (b) utilise their energy reserve to continue living, (c) their catabolic activities -the destructive part of metabolism, etc. until they are killed by the digestive juices at different locations in the intestinal tract. For all these processes, the cells require oxygen.

The process of digestion too would require the use of oxygen.

As a result of the above two processes, a demand for the available oxygen will be created, and that is called Biological Oxygen Demand, or simply, BOD.

When we boil water*, the oxygen content tends to escape from it, and that is why the boiled water tastes bland. (If such a boiled water is stirred to create air bubbles, as they do it in a house-kept aquarium fish tank, the water would get re-oxygenated, getting the air-borne oxygen).

(* If such a boiled water is taken while consuming juices, salads or any uncooked food, then, the process of digestion would get further impeded for want of adequate oxygen.

Whereas, oxygen-rich water would enhance a speedy digestion.

In the absence of oxygen, an oxygenless state called anaerobic condition would prevail.

Such a state will be very conducive for the existence of bacteria that can live only in a spot where there is no oxygen. It is called Anaerobic Bacteria.

So, eating uncooked raw vegetable matter may promote, besides indigestion, some amount of fermentation, thus giving rise to gasses as well. This can be one of the reasons for getting birps.***

*** How nice to discuss intensely such details - don’t you enjoy reading all these? I derive great pleasure while contemplating all these!)

Normally, it would be better to eat* any fruit or vegetable rather than consuming it as a juice.


Drinking any one of them occasionally may not do any harm. However, it taken daily, they would certainly do severe, possibly dangerous damages in the following manner:

(* Can be taken in a liquefied state only by those (a) who have no teeth to bite and chew, (b) who are in sick bed, (c) those who are recuperating from illnesses, and/or (d) those who need it as per his/her doctor’s opinion.)

Many tend to believe that they can take juices in the place of water for managing their metabolism in good state.

That forms a wrong thinking, for reasons I have elaborated in nearly all my books.

The juices tend to contain relatively LESS water in it, and that quantity may not be enough to remove the toxic ingredients from the body through urinations.

As a result, the unwanted excessive free calcium and toxic substances will stay within the body, thus giving rise to many undesirable problems, including stone diseases, lumps, cysts, cancers, and the like.

When people talk in terms of detoxification, they tend to mean, very good removal of all the faecal matter from the lower parts of the large intestine - the colon, rectum, etc.

When you eat ripe papaya, for example, the faeces becomes soft, and loose-motion-like slimy stools get defecated. People tend to take that as good. On the contrary, it is NOT good.

When the faeces get softened or slimy, it invites bacteria, which turn the faecal matter into an acid state. That will give rise to bad-smelling flatulence.

At the same time, since the faeces is going to be acidified, it will start releasing hither-to unutilised (undigested, locked-up within the tissues of the eaten food items) calcium.


This calcium will get absorbed by the cells (adenomatous cells) of the intestinal lining. These cells will then transmit the calcium into the neighbouring cells (and transmit further) and then into the lymph ducts.


The lymph fluid will take this calcium to different parts of the body*.

(* If the lymph happens to accumulate FAR TOO MUCH of the calcium, daily during sleeping hours, then, as a first stage problem, calcifications would occur here and there along the lymph ducts. At a very advanced state, that can develop into Lymphoma - cancer.

This risk factor increases in its intensity along with decreased urination - i.e., if a person UNDER-URINATES, the chances of this danger occurring in him becomes much greater!.

If a person who already has Diabetes takes ripe papaya and makes his faeces slimy this way, his sugar level in the blood will increase. By mistake, people believe that taking papaya is good for the diabetic people.

The truth is, taking ripe papaya by the Diabetics on a regular basis is more dangerous than being good.

A Diabetic can do the following simple test: 

To start with, you should NOT take peanuts, any over-ripe fruits or juices, chappathi, chocolates, biscuits, cakes and pastries. 

This care would make your faeces shapely, from being slimy. You should maintain this for a month, take regularly your doctor prescribed medications, exactly as prescribed, and continue monitoring your blood sugar levels. The would go DOWN!

After a month, you should start eating ripe papaya daily. This should be the only significant change in your lifestyle. It is important you do not change even the quantity of water you drink or the number of times you urinate daily, during these two testing periods.

You will notice that your faeces has become slimy and shapeless.

While being in this state, continue monitoring you sugar levels.

You can then notice that the sugar level keeps on increasing, along with the intake of ripe papaya. Thus, it will become evident to you that ripe papaya, or defecating slimy faeces all the time will definitely increase the diabetic status of a Type-2 sufferer, for sure*.

Now, Ms.Komathi, we can refer back to your question:


The answer is, if the vegetables or fruits are made into juices and taken daily morning, they would do more harm than good.

This is so because, anything in EXCESS is not good, and can even be DANGEROUS.

Mediocre amounts of fibre in the diet is very good. EXCESSIVE fibre, such as that contained in the ripe fruits and their juices, is VERY BAD!


If fact, those juices would also continuously add calcium to the body, and that too would become excessive.


When excessive free calcium accumulates, that will form benign lumps here and there, especially in the breasts in women, and in the prostate in men, giving rise to prostate enlargement in the latter case, which may lead to cancer later. This can be detected by tracking the PSA (Prostate Specific Antigen) levels in the blood*.

So, the suggestion is:


PLEASE DO NOT DRINK THESE JUICES ON A REGULAR BASIS. INSTEAD, EAT THEM AS COOKED VEGETABLES OR RAW FRUITS, PREFERABLY WITH THEIR SKIN INTACT*, not daily, but each kind about thrice in a week.

(* When it comes to eating APPLES, I wash them with soap (that is used for the body), and rinse the soap very well with plenty of water, before eating them.


I do thus to remove the waxy coating that is often found around the fruit that is meant for keeping it fresh for longer periods. It is said that the wax is mixed with some undesirable chemicals that may not be good for our body).

Also, one must definitely read “THE TRUE CAUSES OF ALL DISEASES” to understand the real phenomenon that is behind the entire thesis.

I am sorry again for compelling you to read another very long story.


But, when you have finished reading, you will not curse me for taking too much of your time… certainly, this till will not end up being a waste


Kindly read in full:


I have a few important news items for you today.


I would speak on them first, before going to our regular topic, viz., Sex Promoters and Suppressors.

News Item -1:
The following news appeared Monday, 25 July 2011, in Malaysian New Straits Times:

HAWKER STALLS LINKED TO RISING OBESITY.


Malaysian National Heart Institute chief Dietician Mary Easaw-John is said to have attributed widespread obesity in Malaysia to large portions of food served in restaurants, large number of hawker stalls, and 24-hour eating habits of people here.


A half-a-page photograph has also been published along with the news shows.


This photograph may or may not have anything to do with the Dietician’s study.


Yet, I used a hand lens and analysed the photo.


I tried counting the number of people there, all busy either buying or eating food at the road-side stalls.


I could count more than 300 people. Out of this number, only TWO people appeared slightly overweight people. All others looked thin.


The above news was probably a general observation, rather than anything serious.


If Malaysians are obese because of eating all the time, what makes people obese in other countries where there are not too many road-side stalls?


I have been trying to stress repeatedly the following:


Only a VERY SMALL NUMBER of people become obese because of over-eating.


I have often counted only about 30% of the obese people are obese due to over-eating. This group of people have flabby flesh all over their body.


Of the remaining about 70% obese people are obese because of UNDER-URINATING, and not because of over-eating. This people look well-built with tough muscles.

The above distribution may vary slightly from country to country. Yet, the basic truth remains.


Another noteworthy point worthy of mention here is:


Among the under-urinators, those who under-urinate AFTER drinking plenty of water (e.g., more than one litre, a day, or much more) get DIABETES, and those who under-urinate after drinking VERY LITTLE water, (e.g., only two glasses of water a day) get heart attacks, stone diseases and cancers.


I very much wish people read my book ‘OBESITY: CAUSES, CURE AND PREVENTION”, and also THE TRUE CAUSES OF ALL DISEASES, before jumping pass remarks on obesity.


I do not understand why people should be so insisting that should not read anything that is said or written on health by a non-medical, Ph.D. researcher. Is this not hypocritical? Why this inconsistency?


Alright, you don’t have to take my study for granted.


Give me exactly one hour, and a mixed, random crowd of just 100 or 200 people. I will prove my point, scientifically.


If there can be a thousand people, you can put my findings to statistical analysis, and get my observation confirmed beyond any doubt, and this is achievable within one morning session, in any secondary (or primary) school.


Do you think that the medical world is FUNNY, ERRATIC, HOPELESSLY BIASED, and/or EGOISTIC?


No! They are good lot of people, except that they do not know my findings. That is all to it. Once they come to know, then, they will recognise it.

News Item-2
On Thursday, 21 July, again in New Straits Times, there appeared a story that had the heading:

OBESITY AND MALAYSIANS’ DISDAIN FOR EXERCISE.

The news came from Kuching.and was written by Desmond Davidson.


According to Deputy Health Minister’s observation, only 15% of the Malaysians exercise for health, while the remaining do not do exercise at all, or do wrong exercises. This seems to have attributed obesity, especially among children.

According to her, “…there are more obese people in Malaysia than in neighbouring countries, including Indonesia. We are number one in S.E.Asia, and sixth in Asia”.

I don’t doubt the statistics at all.


With due respect to our Hon. Deputy Health Minister, I would like to insist that the only a very small percentage of our children are obese because of over-eating and not exercising. Majority of them are obese because, they UNDER-URINATE!


They under-urinate because:


• The number of toilets in Malaysian schools (or in nearly all countries, I think) are not adequate to cater for ALL the school children to void urine within the short and only one interval time given to them. Therefore, they do not visit the toilets. This is especially true for girls.


• Children in general, and girls in particular, on reaching home AFTER the school is over, throw away their bags, and RUSH to toilet for urination, rather than to the Dinner Table.


• During school hours they keep controlling their urinal pressure.


• Further, children in general, more so of girls, they AVOID drinking water during their breakfast at home, telling their mother, if they did drink, they will have increased urinal pressure in School and that is not desirable.


• They wish to spend the little interval time available either at the canteen or with friends, rather than waiting for their turn to use the toilet.

This is very true of girls, and not so much for the boys, for they do not mind urinating here and there, including the walls in the toilets.

The girls normally wish to enter into a toilet, close the door, take time to release their pressure in a proper manner, dress up rightly, and get out of the toilet.

When they do this, the bell would ring, directing them to their classrooms.

They will not have a minute to say even hello to other friends there. All the fun will be lost for the day!


Any parent would vouch what I have said above is true!


So, if we want to keep our children slim, we need not prevent them from eating fried foods or force them to under-eat.

It should be mostly enough to build large number of toilets in all our schools (than what we have now), and give them at least TWO interval sessions during the first half of the day.

(Calling friends in overseas countries: Please do not start thinking that our schools in Malaysia do not have enough number of toilets.

Every school in this country has real PLENTY of clean toilets, which I think, are much more in number than those in some of the developed countries.

What I am saying is, EVEN THAT NUMBER IS NOT enough for an efficient management of health in children (as well as in adults).

This suggestion applies to EVERY country in the world - even the most developed nation!)

I wish to put up the following humble request to our respected Deputy Health Minister, Honourable Datuk Rosnah Abdul Rashid Shirlin:

Kindly invite me to prove my above point, and I will happily and scientifically prove it beyond any doubt.

As indicated above, all I need is, just an hour of the school time - may be during the Morning Assembly Session, in any School, and I will prove my finding/claim beyond any doubt! 

Then, we can tell the whole world boldly that "OBESITY IN SCHOOL CHILDREN IS ESSENTIALLY DUE TO UNDER-URINATION, AND THEREFORE BUILD LARGE NUMBER OF TOILETS, TO SAVE OUR CHILDREN FROM BECOMING SICK WITH OBESITY"

If we can do this, Malaysia can prove to the whole world that we are the FIRST-TIMERS again to reveal a very important and crucial fact for the benefit of mankind at large!

Hon'ble Madam, I beg you, please invite me to demonstrate this ...

Wherever I went, during the past one week, everybody has been asking me the following question:


“Dr. Palani, did you read the ‘latest’ news on the quantity of water one should drink?"


One Dr.Margaret McCartney, a General Practitioner in Glasgow, appears to have told (highly reputable British Medical Journal, whose URL is: that, telling people to drink 6 to 8 glasses of water is non-sense - it is thoroughly debunked nonsense”.


This medical professional seems to have used many harsh words while ‘attacking’ all those people who promote the idea of drinking 8 glasses of water.

(I first read this news in New Straits Times, and its own source was The Times.)

Please read, and this is on SEX PROMOTERS & SUPPRESSORS… Here, I have avoided the use of statistics, to make the article reader-friendly. This forms a simple version of the story:

FACTOR-10: INADEQUATE WATER CONSUMPTION AND UNDER-URINATION
RUINS SEX POTENTIALS

Sex potentials get drastically reduced if a person consumes only a small quantity of water (about 500 ml or so) every day, and under-urinates (about thrice daily).


Under normal circumstances, the toxic wastes produced by the body and the unwanted excesses consumed during the processes of eating and drinking get dissolved in the water a person drinks, and then it gets eliminated through urinations.


Reduced water intake would result in much reduced urination.


As a result, most of the poisons would only stay within the body, causing several of the stone diseases.


Since many essential body functions would also get impaired because such toxic accumulations, the sex potentials of a person, whether that be a male or a female, would undoubtedly get suppressed and spoiled.


If a person wishes to retain sex potentials at their best, it becomes imperative for him/her to drink enough water (about 2 L a day) and also to urinate nearly all of it through some 8 to 10 urinations daily.


Liberal urination enhances sex potentials to a great extent.


Rule-10: Start consuming enough water and urinating liberally for enjoying sex at its best.

Factor-11: Excessive water consumption


Excessive urination that follows excessive water consumption would leach out most of the essential and wanted nutrients from the body, and this too would create nutrient deficiency symptoms and weaken the body’s general health status, along with the sex performance potentials.


A small-built person should drink about 1¾ L of water daily, a medium-built person needs about 2 L of water, and a big-sized person should drink about 2½ L of water.


If for any reason a person takes far too much of water regularly, such as 3½ L or more, he/she is bound to develop a problem called Hyperhidrosis, wherein the person would sweat profusely all the time.


Even his/her palms and feet would sweat.


This condition would then give rise to nagging cough, bronchitis, asthma and sinus.


All these happen because of water accumulation in the lungs.


Asthmatic condition would prevent inhalation of the most wanted oxygen, and that would interfere and inhibit proper digestion. The appetite too would get suppressed.


The method for a cure of all these problems is given in my book on Asthma (2001).

Whatever, a person consuming excessive water is bound to suffer intensely the loss of sexual appetite and a great deal of his/her performance potential.


Rule-11: Consume the right quantity of water to get back your optimum sex potentials.

It appears I have no choice except to making it very long, for if I put in bits and pieces, you may miss the point.


Hence, kindly tolerate, and read it.


Anyway, I will try NOT to post my next article for next few days - thus, giving you time to read leisurely.

In Summary, they have been telling us the following story:

There are some chemicals called “Phthalates” and Bisphenol-A (BPA).


These chemicals are found numerous household products, plastics, solvents, etc.


These chemicals can alter the levels of THYROID HORMONES in the body of people.


If more of the above chemicals enter into the body, lesser will be the hormone productions.


The Thyroid hormone, secreted from the thyroid gland at the throat influence many body functions, including REPRODUCTION and METABOISM.

NOW, LET ME TALK OF MY OWN FINDING THAT SHOWS HOW IODIZED SALT CAN AFFECT OR RUIN OUR THYROID GLAND AND ITS FUNCTION:

Under Chapter-6: MISCONCEIVED REMEDIAL MEASURES:
Subheading-13. Iodised Salts

Reduce salt consumption to the barest minimum, if you cannot totally stop using it.“Consume only iodised salt – and not the natural one.”


These are popular recommendations that are given to every common man in most of the countries. This is a big mistake.

The right advice should be,
“Take more natural salt, avoid iodised salt, drink 2 L water, and urinate nearly all of it.”


Salt is very important for the well-being of any person. It forms an electrolyte, and helps an individual in many ways.

So, let us now see what I have written under the list of diseases.
It is No. 86 in "Human Diseases" book: “Salt-Caused Diseases”: between pages 228 and 229:

It appears that excessive salt consumption can thicken the SEMEN, similar to the thickening of the blood.


Salt thickens the blood, and reduces the total volume of the blood, resulting in low B/P initially.

The Law of Compensation (see my Heart Problems book to know what is Law of Compensation) corrects the lower B/P to normal, in the course of a month or so, and subsequently makes its volume increased to the extent of giving a higher pressure, or hypertension.


The thick blood should have greater potential to carry more oxygen than normal, resulting in enhanced supply of oxygen to the brain.


If oxygen supply gets reduced for a while (hypoventilation), brain develops dizziness, headache, and even fainting.


Chronic under-supply of oxygen makes the person stupid, and that slows down digestion as well, resulting in making the person obese.


When ample or excessive oxygen is made available (hyperventilation) to the brain, the opposite of all the above can happen.


The brain becomes over-active and food that has already been digested gets rapidly burnt, giving the person frequent hunger


An over-working brain will give rise to insomnia. (Mind keeps on thinking of something.)


This condition, at its extreme, will make the brain work non-stop even if the person under-goes forced sleep with the use of sedatives or sleeping tablets.


As a result of the above, the brain will try to help by inducing frequent urination so that the EXCESSIVE SALT can get removed out of the body through such urinations.


Thus, the person who consumes excessive salt, will be urinating numerous times through the night while trying to sleep.


He will also develop severe thirst for replacement of the body’s lost liquid, and also to help in increasing the quantity of urine.

We can now see the next relevant disease in the listing: i.e., No.44., which talks about Goitre. It can be found between pages 172 and 174, in the “Human Diseases” book:

Goitre (Swelling of Thyroid Gland)

HYPOTHYROIDISM develops in many of the obese people (Obesity Types III and IV, with calf hardness of anything between 61% and 100%) who suffer from the inadequacy of iodine caused by the near-total avoidance of consuming salt, fish, cabbage, etc.


In iodine insufficiency, the thyroid gland swells up, and such a swelling is called goitre.

If the obese were to consume reduced quantities of the IODISED salt, without increasing water intake and urination, they would not suffer from hypothyroidism any more.

However, if such obese people took plenty of salt, irrespective of its iodine status, they would develop hypertension, for the salt excesses would only stay within the body (in the blood) because of their under-urination habit.


The non-overweight people, otherwise categorised as the Skeletal and the Thin, normally do not develop hypothyroidism or goitre, for they always take plenty of salt, and thereby their iodine requirement would get satisfied.


However, if the Skeletal, Thin and Perfect people consume the iodine-enriched salt, the iodine would become excessive in their body.


As a result of such an excess, their thyroid gland would secrete excessive thyroxin hormone, giving them HYPERTHYROIDISM, which would make them hyperactive.

As a result, the Skeletal people can never put on any weight.


Instead, the more food (thereby more iodised salt) they eat, the more will be the hyperactive state of such people.


Any attempt to correct the hyperactivity of the Skeletal people should centre around the elimination of iodine from their body, coupled with the consumption of iodine-free salt.


In addition, the hyperactive people should not consume at all any of the iodine-rich foods such as cabbage, agar-agar jelly, and the ‘sea-foods’ (e.g., sea fish, prawns, etc.).


If the hyperactive Skeletal, Thin or Perfect category people consume far too much of the iodine-enriched salts through their foods and drinks, then, the hypothalamus gland located at the brain would produce too much of a substance called the Thyroid Stimulating Hormone (TSH).


The TSH would induce the Thyroid gland to secrete far too much of the Thyroxin hormone.


Such an abundant Thyroxin will increase hyperactivity in the person to an unusual extreme - beyond his/her body’s tolerance limit - the Threshold Point.


At this, the brain, in order to save him/her from collapsing, induces the hypothalamus gland to secrete another substance, viz., thyroid auto-antibodies, and they are called Thyroglobulin antibody and Microsomal antibody.

THESE ANTIBODIES ARE CARRIED IN THE BLOOD TO THE THYROID GLAND, AND THEY DESTROY THE THYROID GLAND ITSELF, IN A SUICIDAL MANNER.

As a result, the thyroxin secretion totally stops, leading to the malfunctioning of the body physiology in several ways.

This results in the development of Hashimotos Hypothyroiditis.


THE ABOVE ACTION IS VERY MUCH SIMILAR TO THE WITHDRAWAL OF INSULIN IN THE CASE OF TYPE-1 DIABETICS.


The sufferer is given a daily dose of synthetic Thyroxin hormone, with which he/she can carry on living almost similar to a normal person. There will be no other choice.


However, minor problems related to slight dosage excess or inadequacy are bound to occur every now and then.


Therefore, proper monitoring to decide the right dosage becomes a necessity among this group of people.


Often, all the ill-informed health advocates advise ALL HUMANS to reduce their salt consumption.


The obese people listen to them, and reduce their daily iodised salt consumption.


Whereas, those who are thin continue taking plenty of it in their foods.


In some countries, the governments have made it into a law to force the salt manufacturers to enrich all their products with extra iodine.


When the obese people consume reduced quantities of the iodised salt, their health remains alright.


But, when the thin people take plenty of the iodised salt, they initially become innocent victims of iodine over-consumption that makes them into hyperactive people.


As said earlier, at its extreme, they develop hypothyroidism due to the total dysfunction and death of the thyroid gland.


As per my findings, those who consume more of the natural, UNIODISED salt (to taste) will remain very healthy.


By right, the governments should advocate only the obese people to take less of the iodised salt, while at the same time, make available uniodised natural sea salt for the benefit of the thin people.


One of my VIP patients, who has been taking PLENTY of UNIODISED SALT, told me this true story that had happened while he was with his fellow-golf players:


It seems he was sprinkling awful lot of salt, as usual, over his French Fry. His colleague cautioned him on that.


Instantly, my friend told him, ”My B/P is 129/76, and Pulse is 73, and yours is 160/105, in spite of taking drugs for hypertension, and eating food almost without salt. Further, I am still thin, and you are obese. So, you should not advise me on salt!”


Most of the Japanese people are said to be high-salt consumers. During my short stay in Osaka, I have observed that to be true.


Most such people do not seem to suffer from hypertension.


As I have repeatedly stressed, it is not salt that is the culprit.


The culprits are: NOT TAKING ENOUGH water and NOT URINATING ADEQUATELY!.

I take plenty of UNIODISED salt all the time, and my B/P and Pulse are near-to-perfect levels.


I went to India recently, and had a shock.


Do you know why?


I searched and searched in every possible place in the states of Tamil Nadu and Kerala to buy salt that has NOT been iodised.


I could not buy that at all. I tried even through the Chemical Dealers there. After a big search, they apologised to me.


In the end, I HAD to take iodised salt.


Then one thing became very much apparent to me, and that is:


I have studied that ALL “Thin” category people almost definitely take PLENTY of salt.


All Obese people, almost equally definitely take LITTLE salt.


In India, ALL those OBESE people, now taking LITTLE of the IODISED Salt will be relatively much healthier.


However, ALL THIN people, taking TOO much of the IODISED salt, are BOUND to become innocent victims of HYPERTHYROID problems for a while, followed by HYPOTHYROID conditions.

Their thyroid gland may go dead for good.

I am almost very sure that in India, the number of Hypothyroid patients (among the Thin people) must have gone very high up during the past 2 to 3 years - i.e., from the time they made iodising all salts into national-level LAW!


How sad that can be?!


Anyway, if I go to India, I have to take with me some UNIODISED salt packets with me.


That will become handy only if I am going to cook my own food. But, while on travel, I am bound to eat in restaurants….


Can someone help me how to protect myself from the possible dangers of taking IODISED salt?
