HOW DOES VITAMIN-D SUPPLEMENT HELP IN THE LOWERING OF HEART DISEASES?

 The following news came out in Medical Xpress yesterday (1 Nov., 2015): I got it through Google search, and the story was put up by the Society for Endocrinology:
 
Vitamin D pill a day may improve exercise performance and lower risk of heart disease

Dr Emad Al-Dujaili and Dr Raquel Revuelta Iniesta, researchers from Queen Margaret University in Edinburgh have found that a daily supplement of Vitamin-D can, as the heading says, lower the risk of heart disease, and also increase the stamina for work.

I have the following INTERPRETATIONS in addition to the above observations:

We know that Vitamin-D will fix the CALCIUM in the BONE.

What would happen in the ABSENCE of Vitamin-D?

The answer is:

It will be floating (NOT in the blood, for the Calcitonin hormone does NOT allow Calcium EXCESSES to be in the blood stream, as that would adversely change the blood pH to produce detrimental results) in the LYMPH fluid, and then would get into the URINAL BLADDER, via the KIDNEYS, so that that would get VOIDED out along with the URINE.

A problem would arise if THAT Calcium EXCESS does not get thrown out of the body, because of UNDER-URINATION .

If a person does NOT urinate adequately to remove these Calcium EXCESSES (for, more water has to be drunk to void all of the excesses by the urine at the saturation point), only then, such EXCESSES can ACCUMULATE within the body.

Now, again, for want of choice, the unspent Calcium EXCESSES (since NOT fixed in the bone, for want of sunshine or Vitamin-D) would get transported by the LYMPH fluid to the SOFT CELLS present in various organs of the body, including the muscles.

When these Calcium EXCESSES get into the soft cells to become part of the cytoplasm, those cells ENLARGE owing to the dumping, and become HEAVIER, making the ENTIRE person BIG-SIZED and also OVERWEIGHT.

(When such Calcium EXCESSES enter into the SOFT milk-forming duct CELLS present in the BREASTS, for instance, LUMPS form there, with potentials for turning into BREAST CANCERS later, if such Calcium accumulations continue to happen.)

Similar to what happens in the breasts, the Calcium EXCESSES tend to get impregnated into the soft cells present in the blood vessels, thus making the lumen narrower and the walls thicker – giving rise to ARTERIO- or ATHEROSCLEROSIS.
This process would also create BLOCKAGES in the heart, with potentials for MYOCARDIAL INFARCTION (heart attack).

If the FREE Calcium gets FIXED as part of the BONES with the help of Vitamin-D, then, there is no ROOM for the development of ARTERIOSCLEROSIS AND HEART BLOCKAGES.
One more point that has probably been overlooked (that is, missed to monitor / observe) by the Researchers Dr Emad Al-Dujaili and Dr Raquel Revuelta Iniesta, while performing this study is:

The unutilised / unspent free Calcium EXCESSES, in the ABSENCE of Vitamin-D or sunshine, would ALSO give rise to form RENAL CALCULI (kidney stones).

Yet another even that can happen in the absence of Vitamin-D is the development of HYPOTHYROIDISM.
Under such a circumstance, the body would also gain, as said earlier, OVERWEIGHT and OBESITY.

Along with all these, in the case of WOMEN, ENDOMETRIOSIS, POLYCYSTIC OVARY, BLOCKAGES in the FALLOPIAN TUBES, ERRATIC MENSES, IRON DEFICIENCY ANAEMIA, LEUCORRHOEA, etc. (+ panting and short-breadth, indigestion, energylessness, memory failure, etc. at lesser level) WOULD ALSO OCCUR.

You may want to know how does exercise performance improved with the input of Vitamin-D.

Calcium EXCESS, when present inside the body, because of it very high alkaline pH, interferes in the absorption of IRON mineral that comes from the food.

We know iron is a must for the formation of BLOG – the RBC.

When Vitamin-D fixes the free Calcium in the bone, the iron would get absorbed, thus helping the nocturnal reformation of the lost red blood cells, on a daily basis.

A blood that is rich in its RBC composition would naturally have increased potentials for transporting the much needed oxygen that is necessary for the digestion and combustion of the food material for energy release, and that can increase the stamina in people.

Since the above sequence does not happen in the OBESE, those people tend to be lazy, lethargic, and energyless.

IN REALITY,

In the current study by Dr. Emad Al-Dujaili and Dr. Raquel Revuelta Iniesta, if they monitored all those I have indicated above, they could have almost certainly had POSITIVE RESULTS (THROUGH A MULTIPLE CORRELATION ANALYSES OF THE RESULTS).

They would have most probably come up with the following results:

(These are hypotheses for them, at this stage):

Vitamin D pill a day may improve (1) exercise performance, (2) breathing and digestion potentials, (3) lower risk of heart diseases (blockages, arterio- atherosclerosis, hypertension), (4) lower several of the women’s diseases including endometriosis, polycystic ovary, erratic menses, leucorrhoea, etc. (5) lower type-2 diabetes, (6) lower ALL cancers, and (7) lower morbid obesity.

THE FACT SHOULD REMAIN THAT I HAVE ALREADY FOUND ALL THE ABOVE THROUGH MY 40 YEARS OF STUDY, through the practice of ECOLOGICAL HEALING SYSTEM, an evidence-based, scientific alternative medicine.

INTENSE SUNSHINE WOULD POSITIVELY INCREASE BONE WEIGHT IN CHILDREN

I have reported through several of my publications (Palaniappan, 1998-2015) the following details:

*  Basically, it is CALCIUM that contributes to BODY WEIGHT of young and old, and NOT fat as has been misconceived by most people.

*  If the person exposes his body to INTENSE SUNSHINE, the Calcium would get impregnated into the skeletal system, and would increase its DENSITY.

This happens because of the Vitamin-D that is produced by the skin pigments when exposed to sunlight. (The extent to which artificial indoor lights would affect remains to be studied.)

*  If the person takes synthetic Vitamin-D, identical results would happen.

*  If the person does NOT expose his/her body to sunshine, and also abstains from taking Vitamin-D, the Calcium does NOT become part of the bones, but would enter into the SOFT CELLS all over the body, and THAT would increase the overall body weight of the person. 

In that process, the muscles would lose their ‘tenderness’, and would turn ‘tougher’.  In other words, the Calf Hardness (cH) increases (Palaniappan, 2000).

Those soft cells would divide mitotically to accommodate if the Calcium accumulation happens to continue, and that can become a LUMP or TUMOUR in breast or any other part of the body that is made of soft cells.

Calcium accumulation would occur because of: (a) under-urination, (b) defecating slimy / watery faeces, (c) excessive consumption of chocolates, biscuits, calcium-enriched eatables and drinks, (d) drinking alkaline water, and (e) calcium supplements (Palaniappan, 2013).

Continued Calcium accumulation, far beyond the tolerance limit of the body, would end up developing the benign lump / tumour into a cancer structure.

Yet more addition of Calcium through the same path would make it ‘spread’ to other organs as well. (In reality, Metastasis is only a simultaneous development of cancers in different organs).

I have already reported the above findings as early as in 1998 (Palaniappan, 1998).

Study links light exposure to weight gain in children

According to the news (provided by the Queensland University of Technology), Ms. Cassandra Pattinson, a PhD student and her colleagues studied 48 children, measuring each child's sleep, activity and light exposure along with their height and weight.

They found:  
  • Moderate intensity light exposure earlier in the day was associated with increased body mass index (BMI).

  • Children who received biggest dose of light in the afternoon were slimmer.

  • Physical activity was not associated with the body mass of the children. 

  • This was the first time light has been shown to contribute to weight in children.

  •  Pre-school children exposed to morning light tend to be heavier. (Dr.Palani: This could be due to the children consuming calcium-rich dairy products in the morning hours).
  •   
  • According to them: Factors that impact on obesity include calorie intake, decreased physical activity, short sleep duration, and variable sleep timing. Now light can be added to the mix. (Dr. Palani: Calcium accumulation, essentially due to under-urination should be included in the list as the major contributor: For more details, please see my publicatons.)
  •   
  • It seems they are planning to conduct further studies with pre-schoolers and also infants. (Dr. Palani: I would suggest to include the influence of Calcium Accumulation and its role in causing the obesity under different conditions. This should reveal much meaningful information.)

A DEFINITE METHOD TO FLATTEN STOMACH BULGE

Dear Friends,

I had a Q & A in my KIV Tray for some time.


May be I will reproduce it here for the benefit of many people interested in the subject. Here, they are:


Dr Palani. How do I get rid of stomach fat. A sitha vaithiyar says take ulunthu and gingerly oil. Pls advise .


Dear Ms. KK.,


The stomach bulge has been mistaken by nearly ALL Allopathic as Alternative medical practitioners to be due to FAT.


The truth appears to be different.


It is calcium that enters into the soft cells in the areas of stomach, buttocks, and the like, and swell them up.


The fat just forms a superficial thin layer around the swollen cells and gives a cushioning effect.


When people try to 'burn' away the fat by over-working the body in the form Gym and other forms of exercises, it does not get burnt, and the bulge does not sink in. Often, the bulge increases.

Such an increase occurs because:


Exercising strenuously produces plenty of sweat.
When water gets lost in the form of sweat, urine quantity will get reduced.
As a result, the calcium, even if consumed in smaller quantities through food, accumulates, and that further increases the size of the bulge.

If you wear tight pant, tight belt, tightly pressing under-wear, etc., you are sure to develop stomach bulge.

Therefore, the right procedure to reduce the stomach bulge should consist of the following FIVE steps:


1. Wear LOOSE clothes, so that the tight clothes will not prevent the flow of calcium-carrying lymph fluid from going to other parts of the body.


2. Of course, eat mediocre amounts of fat-containing foods.


(No need to bother about burning it away by exercises).


(Also should minimise the usage of fans and air-conditioners).


3. Drink 2.5 L of water or so daily (under Malaysian lowland conditions), and urinate nearly ALL of it though at least 9 urinations daily, and

4. Do Body Rubbing Exercise (as is described in my Obesity book).

5. Keep both your hands over the bulged part of the stomach. Do it as though you are holding the ‘hanging’ bulge.


Press the stomach a bit.


At the same time, cave-in your stomach (as if your are pulling with the use of your stomach muscles) - similar to what happens while trying to inhale breadth deeply.


Need not hold the breadth, but hold the stomach in the caved-position, and count up to 10, starting from one.


On counting 10, take away your hands (from holding your stomach bulge), but continue keeping it in a caved-in position.


At this, count 11 to 20. Then, let go the stomach.


YOU MUST DO THIS ONCE EVERY HOUR WHILE YOU ARE AWAKE.


This has to be done for about three weeks.


Please do not give up for any reason. Be determined.


Even huge pot-bellies have turned flat in people during my GroupTherapy programs, surprising every body else.


Please do not doubt this procedure.


You will certainly win.
