In spite of the many explanations you may find in the literature, I have, as usual, my own opinion, which always aims at tracing the truth behind many of the claims and scientific jargon.

OK, let us accept that mangos can reduce the body weight a person.

Scientists talk of reasons. Here is an explanation, after persuading you to eat the mangoes with their skin.

They talk of mango skin extracts having some property that could inhibit the development of fat cells.

My Opinion:

In the first place, if you believe that there are some so-called fat cells, and they are the ones that contribute to people’s obesity, then, as per my finding, you are probably making a mistake.

Fats get stored - no doubt about that. It is stored energy.

When our body starves, these fats are utilised by the body for getting energy.

However, what contributes to making a person overweight or obese is NOT fat, but it is the calcium that accumulates within the cells.

Stored fats contribute to padding, like cushion, and protects the body from physical injuries.

By this time, if you are a regular follower of my articles, you should have known that, although calcium comes from the food we eat, its accumulation occurs essentially because of under-urination.

Another source is, the glandular cells called Adenomatous cells that make up the lining of the intestinal wall tend to absorb the hitherto unutilised calcium from the faecal matter (that becomes slimy because of the acidity formed by the bacteria, due to chronic constipation).

If calcium accumulation is what makes a person overweight or obese, then, its removal should naturally reduce the body weight.

How does this happen when we eat mango?

Mango, in the first place, is an acid fruit. If it tastes strongly sour, it can be taken to mean that it has very strong acid.

If and when eat such an acid mango, naturally, it will neutralise the calcium (being alkaline).

The neutralised substance gets out of the body through urinations.

If you eat mango just  once, it may not show you any significantly positive result.

Instead, you have to eat small quantities of the fruit frequently so that the process of calcium removal is constant and continuous.

When a person eats too much of mango at one go, especially if it happens to be strongly sourish, his body would become rapidly hyperacidosed, and that would give him/her sore throat in the first place, followed by fever.

Eating a small portion of a mango, say a quarter of it at a time, would help in reducing the body weight.

I have reported this in my book on Obesity, Heart Problems, Cancer, and several others.

You may want to remember this: It is not that mango alone can reduce your body weight. Any other acid fruit (but not oranges, pomelos and lemons) should be able to help you in this respect, in a manner similar to mango.

There are numerous acid fruits in Malaysia that could help you in this regard: 

Rambutan (Nephelium lappaceum), duku langsat (Lansium domesticum)mangosteen (Garcinia), jack fruit, pineapple, strongly acid rambai (Baccaurea motleyana), extremely acidic kundang (Bouea macrophylla)macang, sour mango, passion fruit, sour plum, etc. are also good sources for body weight reduction.

Let me repeat and caution you: 

The most important thing for you to remember is: 

Eat any of the acid fruits, but in small quantities at any one time, and eat it repeatedly. Take a break if you are about to develop sore throat.

Another noteworthy point is: 

Avoid consuming acid fruits, food or drinks by night. They are best taken during daytime.

CALCIUM CONTENT IN WESTERN STYLE FAST FOODS CONTRIBUTES TO TYPE-2 DIABETES AND HEART ATTACKS

I just read a news about the concern of a Singapore Research Group on the possibility of fast food consumption there can increase the number of diabetics by 30%.

Can this be true?

After all, what are fast foods?

If you breakdown their composition, they would end up into the following components:

* Fats (+ Oils),
* Proteins,
* Carbohydrates,
* Vitamins,
* Minerals, and
* Water.

What do you think, in the above listing, that could contribute to the development of diabetes in people?

Let us evaluate the situation:

As per MY finding, the truth is, IT IS A PARTICULAR MINERAL CONTENT OF SOME OF THE ITEMS USED IN THESE THAT MUST HAVE SHOWN SIGNIFICANT INCREASE IN THE TYPE-2 DIABETES INCIDENCE (or heart disease)!

What could that be?

Let us see:

Fats and oils cannot give rise to Type-2 Diabetes.

Likewise, proteins cannot be the risk factors.

Carbohydrates?

I have already established, very well, with enough of evidences, in my book “Diabetes: Causes, Cure, and Prevention(Palaniappan, 2011) that A REDUCTION IN CARBOHYDRATE (OR ANY FORM OF SUGAR) WOULD ONLY REDUCE THE QUANTITY OF INSULIN PRODUCTION in the pancreas.

This is so because, secretion of insulin in the absence of sugary food, to digest, becomes a redundant job for the pancreas / body physiology / brain.

If you do not consume sugars, then what can be the purpose of insulin?

The rate and quantity of insulin secretion is directly proportional to the rate and consumption of sugary items.

In other words,

If you reduce sugar intake, insulin secretion would also get reduced.

If you increase sugar intake, insulin secretion would also increase.

That is all to it.

If you take awful lot of sugars frequently and continuously, then it becomes dangerous for the body.

Therefore, at one stage when the body cannot tolerate the sugar excesses - when the tolerance limit, or the threshold point is crossed over, then, the brain/body, wanting to avoid / prevent disastrous results, simply STOPS ALTOGETHER the insulin secretion.

How can this be achieved?

The only way available to the brain, is to KILL the so-called T-cells in the pancreas that are responsible for the production of insulin.

So, on the death of the concerned cells, insulin production STOPS altogether and permanently.

Doctors have been calling it an "Auto-Immune Disease".

THIS gives rise to the TYPE-1 DIABETES, also called Insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus, or juvenile diabetes.

I have explained all the above in greater detail in my book on Diabetes.

While the above being the case, how do you explain the occurrence of Type-2 Diabetes?

Can vitamins be responsible for the disease?

No, they do not have any property to disturb the body physiology, with this disease.

It is the MINERAL that is left for further consideration.

Can the minerals be responsible?

YES, provided the FAST FOODS have far TOO MUCH of CALCIUM in particular.

Why is it so?

Because, I have already established (see my above-mentioned book) that it is CALCIUM that behaves like sugar in human, animal and even in plant body.

You do not need to have any doubt on this.

Just evaluate what I have to say in this regard:

Can you answer me as which farmer puts SUGAR as FERTILIZER to the sugarcane plants to make them produce sugar?

No body does that?

Do any one add sugar fertilizer at the roots of mango trees to make the fruits sweeter?

Again, no one does that.

If so, where and how does the sweet taste comes from?

The trees (as well as the sugarcane plants) absorb CALCIUM that is naturally present in large quantities in any fertile soil, and convert them into sugars!

If the soil is lacking in calcium, then the mango would taste sour - thus indicating the absence of calcium and presence of ACIDITY.

If you want to make any of your fruit trees to yield very sweet fruits, then, you should add calcium to the soil, and NOT sugar. 

This, in the field of Agriculture is called “Liming the Soil”.

SO, LET US UNDERSTAND THE TRUTH:
IT IS THE CALCIUM MINERAL CONTENT THAT IS PRESENT IN THE CHEESE THEY ADD TO THE PIZZAS, BURGERS, SANDWICHES AND OTHER FAST FOODS THAT BECOME THE MAJOR RISK FACTOR FOR INCREASING THE TYPE-2 DIABETES INCIDENCE. 

(IN FACT, IF YOU HAPPEN TO FREQUENTLY CONSUME PLENTY OF CHEESE EVEN IN YOUR OWN HOME, IT WOULD STILL INCREASE THE RISKS FOR TYPE-2 DIABETES AND HEART ATTACKS!) 

This truth should hold good not only for Singapore, but ALSO for the entire world!

On evaluation of all the above facts, one can understand clearly the following: 

ONLY those Fast Foods that contain too much of CALCIUM  would give rise to the Type-2 and heart diseases, and may NOT be the other items served at those outlets.

The quantity of calcium present in the chicken or frenchfry that are cooked as SLOW foods and those that are cooked as FAST FOODS may not differ at all.

This being the case, those items that are NOT rich in CALCIUM will NOT give rise to diabetes or heart attacks.

Anyway, I have some more details for you:

Again, the following forms excerpts from my book “Diabetes: Causes, Cure, and Prevention(2011):

Every person MUST drink adequate quantity of water and urinate nearly ALL of it, so that any EXCESS or unwanted substances (whether that be calcium excesses, any other, end-products of catabolism* , or even toxic wastes) would get out of the body without disturbing its proper functioning.

(*i.e., constructive process is called Anabolism, while destructive process is called Catabolism. Both together is Metabolism)

If a person does not drink enough water and urinate adequately, then, all the unwanted substances, calcium being the most disturbing in this case, would stay back within the body, thus giving rise to these diseases.

If a person drinks abundant water, and does NOT urinate well (voids only about thrice daily) he appears to develop the Type-2 Diabetes for sure.

If one does NOT drink enough water, and thereby does not urinate well, then, he seems to be getting BOTH - the Type-2 Diabetes + Heart Attacks.

If the person refrains from drinking any liquid at all, and thereby urinates extremely very little, then, he seems to develop LEPROSY.

So, friends, please do NOT get upset if you happen to eat FAST FOODS.

If you like them, go ahead and eat them, without any fear of developing diabetes, making sure NOT to consume too much of CHEESE, frequently.

Let the Authorities, who are concerned with the prevention of diabetes in their country’s population, encourage people to drink more water and URINATE nearly all of it, following the method I have described in my book “OBESITY: CAUSES, CURE AND PREVENTION(Palaniappan, 1998: Chaper 10).

That would help in reducing the diabetes incidence as well as many types of heart diseases!

At this, I wish to suggest an idea to the Fast Food establishments:

God will bless you if you can provide CLEAN DRINKING WATER to your customers (and charge them very minimal - so that they will be encouraged to drink water and NOT soft drinks that may not be that good for their health! 

While doing so, you may have to sacrifice that part of the income that comes from selling soft drinks. 

That can form your contribution to the good health of your customers. If they live long, they would keep coming to your outlets repeatedly!).

Since most of the fast food outlets tend to have cubicles for voiding urine, that may not be a problem!

THIN FAMILY WOMEN MAY NOT REQUIRE PAP SMEAR TESTS AT ALL

RISK FACTORS THAT FAVOUR THE DEVELOPMENT OF CERVICAL CANCER IN PROSTITUTES

OVERWEIGHT OR OBESE PROSTITUTES ARE SURE TARGETS FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF CERVICAL CANCER.

USE OF CONDOMS BY MEN CAN PREVENT CERVICAL CANCER IN PROSTITUTES.

WHAT MAKES PROSTITUTES MORE SUSCEPTIBLE TO CERVICAL CANCER?

SEMINAL FLUID APPEARS TO BE THE CULPRIT FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF CERVICAL CANCER.

DO ALL WOMEN REQUIRE PAP SMEAR TESTS?

A CAUSE FOR STERILITY IN OBESE WOMEN.

This article forms a complete and proper answer to all the above questions.

THIN virgins or THIN family women may not require PAP smear tests at all, whereas the overweight and obese do.

Why is it so?

It is so because, my study shows that the chances of THIN family women developing cervical or other forms of cancer is remote.

I will explain this here in greater detail:

Wanting to explain this aspect of the health problem, I purposely published the previous article, referring to the possibility of curing profuse sweating (hyperhidrosis).

Profuse sweating has relevance to the development cervical (or other cancers).

In the first place, cervical cancer develops when a woman accumulates excessive calcium in the tissues that make up the cervical canal.

The following conditions favour such calcium accumulations:

When a woman under-urinates, she sweats, resulting in hyperhidrosis.

When she sweats, substantial quantity of the body water gets lost.

This loss results in voiding less urine.

Reduced urine, resulting in increasing the Input / Output Ratio (see previous article in this Blog) to about 1.5, 1.8 or so, will not remove all the calcium excesses from within the body.

That favours the accumulation of calcium in various tissues that make up various organs within the body.

Such accumulation will make the woman over-weight or obese, along with time.

Some of such calcium will also accumulate in the tissues that make up the wall of the cervix, and will increase sizes of the cells there (hypertrophic), which in turn will make the cervical canal much narrower.

When the passage becomes narrow, the seminal fluid may not be able to penetrate through it, and that makes fertilisation impossible, thus leading to sterility in the obese.

However, such accumulation of calcium due to under-urination alone may not be enough for the development of cervical cancer.

The prostate gland in men scavenges calcium from all available sources (essentially from the lymph fluid) and produces semen.

In other words, the seminal fluid is very, very rich in its calcium content.

When a man has sex, he ejaculates the seminal fluid into the vaginal tract.

The calcium in the semen, being alkaline, keeps the sperms alive. 

At the same time, the cervical wall absorbs calcium into its cells.

The cervical wall of a THIN woman, having sex once or twice daily, may accumulate calcium only to a small extent, and that may not have any significant change in her health status.

On the other hand, if an OBESE or overweight woman has sex once or twice daily*, the calcium accumulation, along with the same that has resulted due to under-urination, can become significantly increased.

(* Obese or overweight women, owing to calcium excess in their body, tend to have much LESS interest in sex relations.

In fact, very often, when their husband tries to have sex daily night, they complain of their husbands being hyper-sexed.

Such an increase in the calcium accumulation can reach a stage that may not be tolerable by the cells of the cervical wall lining.

In other words, the under-urination, coupled with frequent sex relations, can allow calcium accumulation in the cervical region beyond the tolerance limit or its threshold point.

When the limit exceeds, the cells there enlarge in size at initial stages, resulting in what is known as hypertrophy.

Continued calcium accumulation will make the cells there to divide mitotically, resulting in hyperplasia - thus forming new cells that give rise to cancer there.

To sum up:

OVERWEIGHT AND OBESE WOMEN, REFRAINING FROM SEX, MAY NOT DEVELOP CERVICAL CANCER.

SUCH WOMEN HAVING FREQUENT SEX TEND TO BE MORE SUSCEPTIBLE FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF CERVICAL CANCER.

Apart from the above, the following situation can give rise to cervical cancer as well:

When a woman has sex numerous times daily, as it happens in the case of a prostitute, and if she happens to be receiving the seminal fluid all the time into her vaginal canal, her cervical canal cells would receive abundant calcium, 
accumulate them beyond their tolerance capacity, and would certainly give rise to cervical cancer.

If such a prostitute happens to be a THIN person (due to liberal urination), the chances of developing cervical cancer would be relatively less, compared to an under-urinating obese or over-weight prostitute.

A THIN woman, by virtue of being thin due to liberal urination, need not fear of developing cervical cancer, even is she happens to be having sex once or twice daily with her husband.

Such a THIN woman, if she happens to be a prostitute (and receiving semen several times daily into her vagina, all the time), can become a target for the disease.

An OBESE or OVERWEIGHT family woman, having sex  once daily may develop the cancer*.  

Therefore, this type of women need to undergo PAP Smear Test at least once every year. 

( * Of course, the easier method to avoid the occurrence of cervical cancer will be to change her lifestyle when it comes to the habit of urination. She needs to urinate about eight times daily - it is so simple as that!)

If the over-weight woman has menopaused, and if she is going to receive semen daily into her vagina, the chances of developing cervical cancer is great. 

This is so because of the RETENTION of calcium that ordinarily gets out of the body through her menstrual fluids at monthly intervals.

Women who are PSEUDO-SLIM (by virtue of not eating enough food similar to the anorexia nervosa cases, yet under-urinating), on attaining menopause, tend to become overweight and obese, and they will have greater potentials for getting cervical cancer, especially if they continue to have frequent sex relations*.

(* I have observed that nearly all "MISS WORLD" girls are pseudo-slim women. They develop big big breasts because of the accumulation of excessive calcium in their breast tissues due to under-urination. Yet, they keep slim because of reduced food consumption.)

In the case of an overweight prostitute who has menopaused, one can assume with great certainty that she will positively develop cervical cancer.
