2. Allergy
.
Development of allergy is a symptom that forms the body language, through which the brain indicates the unsuitability of the product that has gone into the body. It is helpful to humans, and should not be considered a disease.
.

If allergy did not develop after the consumption of a poison, we may continue to consume it more and more, and that may turn out to be fatal.
.

It would be best to prevent the allergen and safeguard our health, rather than trying to suppress just the symptom with drugs.
.

A meaningful course of action should consist of (a) prevention of further input of the allergen, and (b) immediate suppression of the allergy with drugs, for the prevention of discomfort or sufferings.
.

A substance that can create allergic reactions in a person may not do any harm in another. Even some substances that are considered useful to the body can turn out to be allergens to some. To understand the above phenomenon, let us see an analogy:
.

A bowl kept on a dining table has already been filled to its brim with some soup. If we are going to pour a little more of the soup into the same bowl, it is bound to overflow and spoil the table cloth.
.

We know very well that vitamin-A is good for the well-being of the body.
Let us consider the case of a person who has already received enough of this vitamin through the food sources he/she has eaten.
.

If such a person is going to take some extra vitamin-A in the form of some supplements, then, his/her body would find it impossible to use, or even contain it within the body.
.

Therefore, the brain indicates the error, through the body language, by creating allergic symptoms. In this example, the disease is called Hypervitaminosis-A.
.

A rapid elimination of the excesses of a large number of the substances through increased water consumption and proportionally liberal urination should set right most of the problems.
.

However, in this particular case, since vitamin-A, similar to vitamins D and E, is not water-soluble, and its easy elimination may not be possible.
.

Therefore, prevention of excessive consumption of such ‘allergens’ should prove more meaningful.
.

Other water-insoluble vitamins include vitamin-B, B-complex and C. These excesses can get leached out through urinations easily.
.

Most of the minerals are water-soluble, and they enter into our body through the consumption of foods.
.

Under normal circumstances, any excess that enters into the body gets eliminated through normal urinations.
.

Problem would arise only when a person habitually under-urinates all the time.
.

Such under-urinations result in the accumulation of minerals in the soft tissues of the body. As a result, the person becomes obese.
.

Large number of allergic reactions tend to occur only in persons who are obese, particularly because of the excessive accumulation of calcium, magnesium, iron, aluminium and several such substances. .
.

The Skeletal, Thin, and Perfect persons do not seem to over-react to most of the substances that tend to be allergic to the obese.
.

Even perfumes tend to get rejected by the body of the obese, and headache happens to be the symptom here.
.

Pharmaceutical products that contain large quantities of vitamins and mineral substances in the names of food supplements tend to create numerous and even fatal diseases, which by right, should be labelled as allergens.
.

Following the rule that anything in excess can be dangerous, even water, when consumed in extremely large quantities, can prove to be dangerous.
.

The latter can remove as leachates through excessive urination most of the wanted and essential nutrients, resulting in serious nutrient-deficient symptoms.
.

Thus, even water in excess can turn out to be an allergen to the body.
.

Certain allergens such as pollens, dusts, mites, fungi, bacteria, smoke, etc. could be conveniently called ‘irritants’ rather than allergens.
.

As far as I have traced, all the hair dyes are highly poisonous. It does not mean that no one should use it.
.

As long as it is applied to just the hair (without contaminating the scalp), the hair dyes do not do any harm.
.

Normally, the instructions given in the labels tend to mislead the users. Using a pair of gloves and applying the dye all over the head is an erroneous and dangerous method.
.

The right way is to use a toothbrush and a comb, and apply the dye only to the hair. This should be done in a manner identical to combing the hair several times.
.

Whereas, the calcium and vitamin-D excesses that accumulate in the body simulate allergens and give rise to many miseries that include the development of several fatal diseases, such as tumours and cancers.
.
.
3. Anaemia, Iron Deficiency
.

Mineral iron is vital for the formation of haemoglobin. Haemoglobin goes to make the red blood cells (RBC). An inadequacy of all these gives rise to anaemia, and that makes the person look pale.
.

To cure this, if a synthetic iron mineral supplement in a large dose is given (e.g., in the form of Ferrous sulphate), then, it can give rise to iron toxicity – a new sickness, and that will form an iatrogenic problem.
.

It would be better to (a) find the cause for the shortage of iron in the body, and (b) correct it with the administration of natural products / foods, rather than using a synthetic sub-stance.
.

Under-urination would result in the accumulation of calcium within the body, and that in turn would suppress the absorption of iron, resulting in shortage of the latter mineral.
.

Excessive urination, on the other hand, leaches out the water-soluble iron mineral, resulting in its depletion from the body to the extent of giving rise to anaemia.
.

The iron inadequacy can also occur because of its shortage in the foods consumed.
.

At times, even if some of the vegetables contain adequate quantities of iron, the mineral may not become available for absorption by the body.
.

To enhance such absorptions, conversion of the reaction media of the vegetables from an alkaline state to an acid medium may become a necessity.
.

This can be done by adding garlic (while cooking) that is highly acidic in nature.
.

Addition of even the sour-tasting tamarind (Tamarindus indicus), lemons or tomatoes would help in the release of the ‘locked-up’ iron for utilisation by the body.
.

Thus, some amount of intelligent care should be exer-cised while cooking food substances.
.

To sum up, iron from natural resources is better than synthetic chemicals.
.

.
4. Alopecia (Balding)
.

This refers to diffused or sparse baldness, and is more common in men. Even the coin-like patchy baldness comes under this category.
.

There are several types in this hair fall category. The causes too are very many.
.

My book on Hair Problems: Causes, Cure and Prevention (2005) has answers to practically all problems associated with hair.

You are requested to follow the instructions given by Registered Medical Practitioners for the care of your health. Information given here is to provide you with the knowledge for better evaluation and understanding of the health problems.

1. Ageing as a disease
.
When a baby is born, with the slitting of the umbilical cord, every aspect of the entire body starts functioning on its own, all controlled by the baby’s own brain.

.
However, for several years to come, the baby requires some amount of parental help, especially when it comes to food, drinks, and protection from environmental hazards.

.
In the case of plants, every individual has to live on its own from the time of birth and until its death, and is very much dependent upon Nature.

.
When it comes to microogranisms of the animal kind, the parental care does not seem to exist at all. Among higher animals, some amount of care and guidance appear to exist.

.
The greatest need for parental care and guidance of the highest order seem to prevail only among humans* .

.

( * Based on this, those parents (both the father and mother) who do not take care of their children, selfish people, exploiters, cheats, liars and suppressors should be considered as relatively-unsophisticated beings, and they don’t belong to the recent ones in the process of evolutionary development, for their basic instinct is much closer to animals).
.

On reaching a stage of maturity, the males and females start living on their own. This goes on for several years. They reproduce, and live out their lives.

.
After several decades, they lose all their capacity for an independent living, and return to a stage of dependency, similar to how they started life on earth
(Appendix-2: Sorry, it is in the book Human Diseases.... I am not reproducing it here.).

.
In this process, they lose their teeth, ability to digest harder and complex foods, the brain functions appear to return to almost similar to that of the new born.

.
Finally, they succumb to death, thus completing a full cycle. Such a process of aging appears to be an inevitable process.

.
If anyone dies before returning to the stage of dependency, then, it should be considered as some kind of ‘pre-mature’ death.

.
If a person dies of heart attack due to a blockage in the blood vessels that lie within the heart, at the age of, let us say, 115, it should still be considered as of premature death* .

.

(* My mother used to tell me stories when I was a small child of about five in 1943 or so, all of which, till this day, I remember very well. These were stories my mother had heard from her mother.

.
The following is one such story: (At this it would be better to remember that TVs and radios were non-existent during my childhood days. I was 25 when I saw TV for the first time in my life).

.
During ancient times, it seems, many people continued to live even into their 100s and 110s.

.
As long as their brain functions properly to the extent of knowing what is going on around them, the relatives take good care of the aging individuals.

.
However, once they lose all their senses and turn into what we call “living vegetables-like”, then, all members of the great joint-family get together, and decide to bid farewell to the person in the following manner:

.
They invite the relatives and village folks for a feast, after which, all the people prostrate at the feet of the aged person, who had been nicely clothed for the occasion, in a manner of receiving his/her blessings.

.
Then, they would place him/her into a big container pot made of clay, measuring about 3 feet or so, called ‘thalli” in Tamil. Some food, water, and an oil-lit lamp would also be placed alongside, inside the pot. Then, they would close the pot with a lid.

.
On doing this, the grown-up paternal relatives would carry the pot to a location closer to the crematorium, and would bury it there. From then on, they offer prayers to the soul of the buried person annually at home, but not at the burial grounds.

.
In the recent past, I learnt that the story my mother narrated was after all, true. This was probably their way of ‘mercy killing’.

.
When I saw such ‘thalli’ pots in TV coverage of excavations, I was simply amazed at the way (a) people lived healthily for more than a century, with or without the help of traditional medicines, but certainly without the interference of modern medicine, and (b) the ancient history was transmitted from person to person, and from generation to genera-tion. It should be worth our while to learn what kept them alive until such ripe ages.

.
Indian literature on Siddha medicine (the more ancient, South Indian version of the Ayurvedic medicine, in which killing of any other animal was not allowed for the sake of curing a human being), the 18 saints called “Siddargal” who knew the art of living healthily for longer periods than a century, had conveyed their knowledge in poetical verses.

.
These poems, written in palmyra (Borassus flabellifers palm) leaves are still preserved in museums and Government departments in several parts of India. Some of them have been published in print by University of Madras, in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. I had access to some of them. I even learnt the art of writing on them using a specially-designed needle called “yelluthaanni”.

.
(Printed versions of such 'yaedu' are found in University of Malaya library - huge volumes)
.
The literature speaks of about 100 herbs (mostly edible vegetables) that are capable of keeping a person alive in a healthy state for 100 years. These are termed as “Kaya Kalpa Mooligai”

.
A plant called Hydrocotyle asiatica (“Vallarai” in Tamil; “Daun pegaga” in Malay),that has become commercialised now, meant for the improvement of brain function, memory, menses problems, upkeep of red blood cells, for the reproduction of intelligent children, and longevity, etc. is one of the 100 herbs that are listed in the Siddha literature.

.
I have been trying some of them since three decades, along with other techniques I have evolved. I wanted to find out what exactly was the secret in all these 100 herbs that kept people totally healthy for about 120 years. I did find some amazing results. I will sure share some of these with you in due course!

.
A combination of all these seem to work reasonably well. I am 71 now, and am fully active in every respect, including vision without glasses, hearing, sex potentials, eating without any restriction, digestion, defecation, urinations, movements, physical and mental alertness, and wrinkle-less physical appearance, etc.

.
I have been working with my computer for anything between 14 to 18 hours daily, without much rest, which of course, I don’t advocate to any of my patients. I have a purpose in working this hard – I have a vision to achieve. Overall, all these appear to be of a much higher order when compared to all of my colleagues, in this part of the world..

.
On understanding the basic principles of long and healthy life, I simplified them in a manner that can be followed by every common man or woman on the street, and have (a) described in my book on obesity in 92 pages, and (b) been training people to achieve such a success through my Group Therapy sessions I conduct for five days. Many aged people who attended my Group Therapy sessions, as early as in 1980 can be seen living healthily until this day.

.
The whole subject can be easily understood by the following analogy:

.
If a motor car is taken very good care of in every respect, then, the car should continue to be in very good condition for a prolonged period of time, as stipulated by the manufacturers. The car should be used, and not left in an idle state, for that to last long.

.

It may not be right for a person to say in his 50’s, 60’s or even in 70’s, that he has gone weak, for “age is catching up”. Any ailment should mean that he has not been living in a correct manner.

.
Right methods are available for a prolonged and healthy living.(see Palaniappan, 1998 - the obesity book!).

NEW MEGA SERIES: HUMAN DISEASES, REDEFINED

Most of these are new information that have NEVER been PUBLISHED by anybody, anywhere, and at anytime.UNTIL THIS DAY, NO ONE ELSE ON EARTH SEEMS TO KNOW WHY THESE PROBLEMS OCCUR.

101 DISEASES RE-DEFINED
Thesis & Hypothesis

Dear Friends,For next few weeks, I intend to provide you with information related to 101 most important diseases people suffer. They contain completely new information, you would not have heard of hitherto. All the diseases are re-defined with totally NEW interpretations. The first part today forms an introdution to what I intend to present. Please read, and am sure you will happy you read them. These are from my book "Human Diseases".With best wishes,Dr. Palani.
.
Here, it goes...
.

I wish to record here a word of caution: The findings that bear the stamp of absolute certainty are presented here as ‘thesis’, and those that require further and intense research for confirmation are presented as ‘hypothesis’.

.
The latter could at times turn out to be based on logical conclusions.
.
With this understanding, a reader can cautiously analyse the information given in this section to the best of his/her knowledge in the respective area of specialisation, or even based on experience.
.
The primary objective is to make every reader think and evaluate the conclusions drawn, so that he/she can continue his/her research to fulfill the gaps, as and when the definite answers to these hypotheses are obtained.
.
Communication with our brain
.
Every cough should be considered as a word of the brain, trying to tell us of a problem that has been existing in the lung, trachea, bronchus, throat or in the gullet. It other words, it forms a ‘body language’.
.
Until we notice, recognise, attend and correct the problem, the brain will keep on repeating the ‘word’, in a manner of nagging. We address it as a ‘persistent symptom’ or a ‘chronic disease’.
.
The brain, while in the process of communicating with us seeking our help, tries on its own to rectify the problem by all means available to it. When difficult, it tries to circumvent alternative modes. Thus, the brain never ever gives up its attempt for a continued survival.
.
The above pattern and description will be applicable to every disease. Our brain creates one or more symptoms for each of the sicknesses. We are expected to understand all those symptoms and extend our cooperation to the brain.
.
When a growing up child asks questions, the less educated parents tell them to shut up. Whereas, the more civilised parents tend to answer their questions in such a manner so that the children will understand and appreciate it.
.
Similar to the above analogy, when the symptoms indicating diseases are ‘spoken out’ by the brain, people tend to suppress them with the use of synthetic chemicals.
.
Whereas, the better informed try to respond to the calls of the brain positively, and try to rectify the error, either through the use of natural products that are available as earth’s natural resources such as foods, fruits and drinks, or with the use of some sensible synthetic products.
.
Our brain readily accepts anything that is given to the body in a gradual manner, in small doses.
.
The side effects that arise when a drug is administered should be taken to mean as an agitation of the brain, and that could be due either to a rapid input of massive doses of suitable substances, or because of the input of improper products, owing to wrong diagnosis.
.
I have listed in this chapter several of the diseases, their symptoms, causes and possible cures. Since most of the diseases centre around only a few sets of causes, the latter will be repeatedly stressed over and over again. This appears to be unavoidable.
.
My idea of repeating the same information under each of the diseases, instead of asking the reader to refer back to what has already been described under one disease elsewhere has three purposes:
.
(1) this being an altogether new discipline of science, I have to disseminate it at ease, in an uncomplicated matter,
.
(2) this way, the description for each problem would form a complete answer in itself, and
.
(3) it facilitates the reader to understand the disease without the hazard of referring back and forth several times, for the sake of continuity.
.
If a person suffers from cough, all that is required of him/her is to refer to the sub-heading “cough” (presented in an alphabetical order) and get all the required information for a complete understanding of the problem.
.
Thus, this book should prove very useful as a readily available reference material, unlike a text book in a curriculum.
.

The approach for a cure of the listed diseases In the practice of Allopathic medicine, there are excellent drugs and methods available for an instant relief of asthma and bronchitis. The crucial thing appears to rest in reaching the hospital almost instantaneously. Failure to get an early medical help may at times prove to be fatal.
.
When asthma patients approach me for a cure, I insist that they consult a practitioner of modern medicine at once, and get the necessary drugs. I refuse to offer any form of help to any one who refuses to get such an aid.
.
My intention in giving the above statement is to convince all asthma patients to obtain proper medical help for a prolonged survival. Failure to observe this can bring in disastrous results. In emergency, none of the so-called wonder herbal medicines can help an asthmatic[1].
.
While being on medication, my method of preventive measures can be given to a person, aiming for a complete cure of the problem. In this process, the frequency of asthma attacks would gradually become reduced.
.
Yet, I insist in the patient carrying around with him/her all the medications and all related aids at all times, and in all places, for if an attack occurs for any reason, it can prove to be fatal.
.
No one should take such a risk.
.
With this understanding, any asthmatic patient may practice the details presented in my book on Asthma (2001).
.
It will be of no use if one does only a few things recommended, and omits the rest simply because he/she does not like to change the lifestyle for some reason. Every detail given must be ‘obeyed’.
.
The occurrence of asthma should not be considered as though it is totally unrelated to other parts of the body. Therefore, every system in the body must be treated.
Thus, the approach becomes holistic.
.
Each of the diseases listed here would require a cautious approach.
.
At this, I would like to draw here the attention of every reader to the Indemnification presented at the forefront in this book.
.
The purpose of presenting this information is to enlighten the medical professionals, research scientists, and all deep-thinking readers to understand the real situation so that they could help improve the teaching and practice of the presently available health care systems, for the betterment of mankind.
.
[1] We have lost the knowledge that existed some 200 or 300 years ago in Siddha and Ayurvedic systems for an instantaneous curing of very serious health problems such as snake bites, heart failures, and the like. This appears to be one of the losses we had to suffer because of the so-called modernization. .

STARTLING REVELATIONS-32: END OF THIS SERIES

STARTLING REVELATIONS: MEGASERIES: PART-32

FINAL PART OF THIS SERIES.

(SOMETHING VERY DIFFERENT WILL BE GIVEN TO YOU

WITH EFFECT FROM NEXT WEEK:

YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!

Most of these are new information that have NEVER been PUBLISHED by anybody, anywhere, and at anytime.UNTIL THIS DAY, NO ONE ELSE ON EARTH SEEMS TO KNOW WHY THESE PROBLEMS OCCUR.

At every juncture, kindly honour my copyright registration.© 1998-2008: Dr.V.M.Palaniappan: Registered at Perpustakaan Negara Malaysia: International SB Nos. 978-967-998-05-8; ++06-6; ++07-4; ++08-2; ++09-0; ++19-4; ++11-6; ++12-3; ++13-0.Chapter 12: Pages 108 - 172.

Chapter 12
EGOISM AND MISINTERPRETATIONS
HAVE BEEN RULING THE WORLD
UNTIL THIS DAY
(Continues from Part-31…)

Misinterpretation-40: Drink plenty of soups all the time, and that will keep you healthy and slim.
.

Evaluation: Soup contains plenty of calcium, besides others that are extracted from the material used.

.
Soups would help those who are recovering from some illnesses (other than tumours, cancers and stone diseases). The slim and weak persons should also consume this.

.

However, the obese people should avoid drinking too much of soups, because, the calcium content of the soups would increase further their obesity.

.
For the obese, the benefits available from the soups can be had by drinking plain water.

.
I have come across several slim Chinese men getting prostate enlargement and related problems because of drinking vegetable soups once or twice daily.

.
This happens because of the calcium oxalate contents of the vegetable matter that gets extracted into the soup.

.
When consumed, it gets absorbed straightaway by the cells at the lining of the prostate gland, probably at the time when the calcium-carrying urine arrives at the urinal bladder.

.
As a result of such calcium absorption, the cells there enlarge in their sizes – hypertrophy occurs.

.
This promotes cell division there, which in turn makes the entire gland swell up, resulting in, what we call the ‘prostate enlargement’. If continued further, it can turn out to become a cancer.

.
Soups should NOT be consumed at all by those who have already developed lumps, cysts, fibroids, tumours, any form of cancer, or kidney stone.

.
Soup drinking, by way of supplying more and more of the calcium, would proliferate the multiplication of the ‘cancer cells’ and thereby the growth of the cancers themselves.

.
My overall opinion on this is that soup drinking on a daily basis should be done only by those who are weak.

.
Healthy people, irrespective of their obesity status, can drink soup about twice or thrice in a week, and not more.

.
Again, better to remember that anything in excess is not good, and can even prove to be dangerous for our health.

.
.

Misinterpretation-41: Cell phones can give cancer to people. Therefore, it would be better to avoid using it altogether.

.
Evaluation: I have established that it is calcium accumulation in the soft tissues that gives rise to cancers.

.
Therefore, it may not be correct to say that the usage of cell phones would give rise to cancers of some kind.

.
While I am unable to comment on the claims made by some that the over-usage of cell phones can give rise to some brain disorders, I have the following observation to present:

.

Whenever I speak over the phone for prolonged period using the LANDLINE, I do not find any problem at all.

.

On the other hand, if I speak through a mobile even for 45 minutes, I definitely feel giddiness, and I can certainly attribute that to the mobile phone and nothing else. I could say this so much confidence because, I have tested this several times to make absolutely sure of what I am reporting to people.

.

Recently, I read an article that came to me through the Internet, which demonstrated very well the effect of mobile phone using a hen’s egg.

.
It was an impressive experiment. They kept two phones at a distance of about a foot or so, and placed an egg in the middle. Then, they have observed the variations in the temperature and texture of the egg.

.
A while later, the egg became heated up. When the mobile usage continued for about 45 minutes or so (?), it became fully cooked, as if it was a full-boiled egg.

.
I don’t doubt the experiment. Yet, all those people who doubt that, in order to re-confirm that it is a not hoax, could repeat the experiment. If you find it otherwise, you may want to let me know, and I will readily convey the message.

.

I thought of repeating the experiment. For want of time*, I have not done that at this time.

.

(* I don’t want to disrupt my book writing project, since I am working on it day and night so that I can publish it soon. It is for the same reason that I have been avoiding to answer people’s queries these days. I will of course be attending to you all a while later - apologies for that!).

.

(* One more thing I felt like mentioning here is: Whenever we receive articles or photographs or any such materials through the Internet, if we think it is useful, we can of course forward it to our friends. While do so, the Internet mannerism demands that we wipe off the long list of people’s names and email IDs who have been forwarding this message. On the other hand, we should NOT at all wipe the name of the AUTHOR, or the person who CREATED it, or the SOURCE. If we wiped that, only that becomes UNETHICAL, and may not be proper. The Author or creator must have spent an enormous amount of time for creating it. The only way we can thank him is to leave his/her name intact with the article or the photos or any such thing.

.
Recently, I forwarded an article that came to me to a friend. He took it to granted that I did it. How awful that can be!

.
Hence, I am sure you would agree with me that, from now, we should leave the Contributor’s name in the contribution without wiping or deleting it - I thank you for reading this).

.
This is so because, the telecommunication system involves / interferes with the waves that travel in the air or, even in its absence, in an indescribable manner.

.
I have no knowledge of this phenomenon so far.

.
However, the benefits of cell phone usage is so great that no one would want to even consider the pros and cons of using it.

.
We can only hope for an improved version of the cell phone that may not cause any damage to its users.

.
In the meantime, I have started using the mobile with speaker on, while I am alone. However, it may become feasible to do so in public.

.

Short conversations are probably OK. Please decide it for yourself, for you are the best judge!

.

Misinterpretation-42: Some expert academicians in England have just discovered that hair loss in men is the result of environmental pollutants.

Evaluation: What an unethical claim can this be! Those who have copies of my book “Hair Problems: Causes, Cure and Preventive Measures” published in 1980 would have realised that I have presented with adequate evidence the very many details concerning hair loss.. (The book has an ISBN, and was registered)

,
The entire book contains varied aspects concerning the effects of environmental pollutants on human hair.

,
I then, published another book on hair problems, much elaborated with statistics, in 1975.

,
These being the case, how can those in University of London claim that their findings are original and recent? Of course, they can always repeat the experiment, and say that "so and so has already done research in this area in 1980, and the present research confirms it"

,
The worse is that their finding is mostly distorted, and does not reveal even 10% of what I have published.

,
Yet, do you know why mass media all over the world has given great importance to such a simple discovery, mixed with substantial errors?

,
It is essentially because of the belief that “anything that comes from the West must be great”.

.

There is one more problem: I am NOT an MBBS doctor! People of various walks life appear to be scared to publish anything that comes from an Alternative Medical Practitioner or Researcher. Why such a bias?

.

It is something analagous to this: Only a Maths Teacher should say 2 + 2 = 4. If a Geography Teacher says that, it should be wrong! He will not be entitled to say that! The HM would dismiss that Geography Teacher if he said so!

What an irony!

A laughable irony, indeed !!

.

Asians do not support anything that comes from another Asian. They highlight anything that comes from the Whites.

,
This probably is the effect of colonial ruling that continued for several centuries.

,
I feel sad to see every now and then my research findings appearing in the names of various scientists, from various places, in Press, in bits and pieces.

,
I am not claiming that they have been copying my findings. I am only upset that our Press has not been giving me enough publicity.

,
Will there be a change, at least from now on?

,
Let us wait and see.

,,
Misinterpretation-43: Over-weight and obese individuals are 50% more likely to develop asthma than normal weight men and women (Sutherland, 2007).

.

Evaluation: I have clearly explained the causes that are responsible for the development of asthma in people in my book “Asthma, bronchitis, cough, sneezing and sweating” (2002).

.
Overweight and/or obesity as such do not have anything to do with asthma and hyperhidrosis (profuse sweating).

.
Any person who drinks plenty of water, and under-urinates, will definitely sweat profusely.

.
This happens because the water that was consumed will have to get out of the body through some means. If not, the urinal bladder will burst, which can result in the death of the person.

.
When the sweat condenses on the skin, it leaves the skin surface chilled.

.
Similar to the condensation of water on the outer side of an air-conditioned car, water droplets condenses (from the moisture present in the air we breathe) in the lungs, giving rise to sneezing.

.
A chronic (repeated) occurrence of the above sequence results in the development of asthma.

.
When a person under-urinates, the water alone gives rise to hyperhidrosis, sneezing, asthma and cough.

.
Apart from the above, some else too happens because of the under-urination habit of people.

.
The excessive calcium that remains inside the body in an unwanted state normally gets removed along with the urine.

.
If a person under-urinates, such excessive calcium enter into the cells that make up the soft tissues all over the body, and that makes the person obese and over-weight.

.
In other words, it is not overweight that gives asthma to a person, but it is asthma occurrence that makes the person obese.

.
* * * * * * * *
.
Since the exact causes I have described above are still not known to the medical doctors in any part of the world, the whole lot of them have been continuing with their misunderstandings of nearly all the situations, and therefore have been misinterpreting them.

.

As a result, they continue to keep themselves in the dark, but yet, prescribe medications based on these misinterpretations.
.
.This makes people more and more sick, and deaths due to heart attacks, cancers, and the like keep on increasing at international level.

.
I sincerely hope, the medical profession will accept the truth behind all my findings and reports, and improve upon them for the benefit of mankind, without any

STARTLING REVELATIONS-31

STARTLING REVELATIONS: MEGASERIES: PART-31

Most of these are new information that have NEVER been PUBLISHED by anybody, anywhere, and at anytime.UNTIL THIS DAY, NO ONE ELSE ON EARTH SEEMS TO KNOW WHY THESE PROBLEMS OCCUR.

At every juncture, kindly honour my copyright registration.© 1998-2008: Dr.V.M.Palaniappan: Registered at Perpustakaan Negara Malaysia: International SB Nos. 978-967-998-05-8; ++06-6; ++07-4; ++08-2; ++09-0; ++19-4; ++11-6; ++12-3; ++13-0.Chapter 12: Pages 108 - 172.

Chapter 12
EGOISM AND MISINTERPRETATIONS
HAVE BEEN RULING THE WORLD
UNTIL THIS DAY
(Continues from Part-30…)

Misinterpretation-37: Early puberty in girls gives them higher breast cancer risks and other diseases in later life.

Evaluation
: An article of great importance recently appeared in Utusan Konsumer. This paper does not publish any information unless they are totally convinced of the facts.

They have reported that an early maturity tends to give the girls cancer and obesity-related problems in later years. The boys too may get identical problems related to testicles.

Further, they suspect that numerous factors including pesticides, environmental pollutants and the like could be responsible for this kind of problems. I too tend to fully agree with this finding.

However, there seems to be a little mistaken inter-pretation when it comes to tracing the causes for ‘pre-mature’ puberty.

I have very well established in my previous publications, with enough of evidence, the following information:

If a girl’s body has abundant calcium in it, it delays puberty.

A person’s body will accumulate excessive calcium due to (a) under-urination, (b) chronic constipation, and (c) eating too much of calcium-enriched foods and drinks.

Increased calcium intake increases the body weight of a person, thus leading to obesity.

In other words, obesity delays puberty. I have statistically analysed to confirm that those girls who are obese in the real sense with high calf hardness (cH) of anything above 60% attain their puberty only at the age of 14.

Girls with cH80 and above come to maturity only at 15 or so. Such girls, even after attaining their puberty, do not get proper monthly menstruations. Often, it is highly erratic, and may get it only once in 5 or 6 months, or so.

As opposed to this, those young girl`s (and boys) who drink about 6 to 8 glasses (2 L) of water daily, and urinate liberally through about 8 or 9 urinations, remain thin, and they do not put on the disease-causing obesity.

Among liberal urinators, those who eat far too much of food may put on weight, and they will have flabby and loose flesh rather than tough muscles. The calf hardness (cH) in such persons will be only 20 or 30%. They will not have any kind of disease at all, with the exception of only common cold and flu occurring once in a year or so.

However, if the same category of liberal urinators happens to eat normal amounts of food, then they will remain thin, with identical cH readings of 10 or 20%.

All liberal urinators, with less cH readings such as 10 or 20%, irrespective of the amounts of food they consume, will attain their puberty at early ages. The monthly menstrual cycle in this group of girls will be regular.

As per Utusan Konsumer report, if a girl is going to get her puberty at much younger age of 8 or 9, then, it can happen only in a liberal-urinating THIN girl, and cannot be in an under-urinating obese one.

When it comes to the development of breast lumps and cancer, without any doubt, only the under-urinating obese girls with a cH of anything above 80% can it, and certainly not the liberal-urinating thin girls.

The liberal-urinating thin girls who have cH 10–20% are the only ones who can attain puberty at young ages, and not those who are obese.

The irony is that such thin girls will never ever have any breast lumps or cysts at any time.

Rare exception to this rule may occur in under-urinating girls who grossly under-eat.

The latter will be almost similar to Anorexia nervosa (totally starving)-kind of girls.

Here, an irony seems to exist in the report published, which says, “Earlier puberty is known to increase the risk of breast cancer in girls – and testicular cancer in boys”.

To the best of my knowledge, the above statement has contradictory information.

Let me repeat here for the sake of clarity: Earlier puberty can occur only in thin girls, whereas breast cancer can occur ony in obese girls. Hence, the contradiction.

According to my findings, the female hormone oestrogen does not cause any breast cancer., it is the accumulation of calcium that does it.

Again, the age of maturity as such also does not have any relationship to tumour or cancer development in females, but it is the increased or high obesity status that does have positive relationship.

In spite of all the above, if there happens to be hormonal changes due (artificial enrichment) to foods, as stated by Utusan Konsumer, it can bring about changes in children’s bodies.

The inference should guide us to (a) encourage younger children, irrespective of their gender, to drink more water (that is suitable to their age and body size), (b) urinate liberally nearly all of it, (c) keep away from all known ‘unsuitable’ foods, and (d) avoid all unnecessary mineral and vitamin supplements that are synthetic in nature.

Misinterpretation-38: Coconut water is a ‘cure-all’. If taken daily, it can keep a person totally healthy.

Evaluation: Coconut water is highly alkaline - only after digestion. When tested straightaway, it would give an acid pH. Coconut water behaves in an identical manner to that of oranges or lemons. It produces alkaline urine.

I recommend this to be taken during day-time, about once or twice a week for good health management (Palaniappan, 1998-2007).

(* If coconut water is taken by night, its high alkaline content will give muscular pain.)

When body is in a mildly alkaline state, it would not give room for the so-called virus to develop, for the latter thrives only when the body is in a state of hyperacidosis.

Asthmatics should refrain from drinking coconut water. If they did, they would almost certainly get an attack by night on the same day.

Frequent/daily intake of coconut water would enhance the accumulation of calcium within the body of under-urinating and constipating persons, and also in menopaused women.

This in turn will give rise to heart blockages, stone diseases, breast lumps, cancers, and the like.

If something is good, too much of it will be only dangerous.

Misinterpretation-39: Taking bath (shower) in the late evenings is extremely bad for health. So, avoid it altogether.

Evaluation: It may not be correct to draw a blanket conclusion. This depends upon the food consumption of people, as well as the climate.

Those who are very thin and skeletal-looking and those living in highlands or in cold countries should avoid taking bath in the evenings, especially if the environment happens to be cool, or is air-conditioned.

This is so because, the thin people consume very little food, and they do not store fats in their body.

As a result, their body will not have enough heat energy to fight against or to withstand the cold temperature.

Hence, late-night showers will make them shiver.

At times, they can even experience nervous pulls – their fingers or legs can pull off, giving them unbearable pain.

If this happens, pouring very hot (but bearable) hot water or exposing the part (or whole body) to warmth with the use of an Infra-Ray Light can give immediate relief.

Obese people (and all those who eat food well) can take bath at any time – even by mid-night, and that will not give them any problem at all. However, this is applicable only to people living in the tropical lowlands.

Those couples who wish to sleep together should certainly take a shower. In cold climate, they have to make sure that their bedroom is heated.

Among Indians, the women have a tendency to take a shower before and immediately after a sex act.

This will definitely make them shiver, especially if the sleeping environment happens to be cool or air-conditioned.

However, if one wishes take a shower in the late-evenings, using warm water is better than cool water.

When it comes to bathing in highlands or cold countries, one should use only warm water at all times. Of course, night time bath would make the body chill, and that can give rise to even pneumonia, which can be highly dangerous.

Using hot water at very high temperatures should be avoided, as this would induce profuse sweating, and thereby reduce the quantity of voidable urine.

STARTLING REVELATIONS-30: OVER-EXERCISING CAN RUIN YOUR HEALTH / EFFECTS OF CHEMOTHERAPY & RADIATION

STARTLING REVELATIONS: MEGASERIES: PART-30

Chapter 12
EGOISM AND MISINTERPRETATIONS
HAVE BEEN RULING THE WORLD
UNTIL THIS DAY
(Continues from Part-29…)

Misinterpretation-35: Do plenty of exercises. They will save you from heart attacks, diabetes and even cancers. Sweat-out exercises at the gymnasium or even in your residence using treadmill and the like are strongly recommended.

Evaluation: If a person remains sedentary without any physical activity at all, then his body muscles would start aching. His legs would go very weak, and would become ‘unfit’.

To overcome this, he has to do some amount physical work. A simple brisk walk for a mile or so daily would keep him fit and well.

If a person keeps going to his office for work, his body will already be in a fit state. Extra walking will not be needed.

Domestic work for a woman should be considered more than what is needed for her to keep fit.

It is not at all necessary to do strenuous physical exercise such as jogging or gym for keeping fit.

Sweat-out exercises should be considered as harmful activities for the grown-up people, for they subject the internal and external organs of the body to intense ‘torture’, and thereby increase their wear and tear. Further, they reduce the quantity of the urine output.

Reduced urinations would enhance the accumulation of calcium and other unwanted toxic substances to greater quantities within the body. This would give rise to several of the major obesity-related diseases, including heart attacks, diabetes, tumours and cancers.

I have seen numerous persons trying to keep fit by doing highly strenuous exercises, dying of heart failures.

Recently, a professor in University of Malaya, who used to jog thrice daily around the big campus, who was highly health-conscious, died of heart attack while he was on his treadmill.

Severe losses of water from the body in the form of profuse sweat, called sensible perspiration, restrict the quantities of urine voided.

I have repeatedly highlighted the fact that under-urination and chronic constipation allow calcium accumulation within the body, which in turn thickens the blood vessels, creates blockages in the heart, and gives the person a massive heart attack that would end his life.

Therefore, the truth appears to be that an adult person (above the age of 20 or so) should not overstrain himself with ‘suffocating’ and strenuous exercises, lest he would die soon, rather than live healthily for a longer period.

For more information on this, please see my book Heart Problems, Diabetes and Related Diseases.
.
.

Misinterpretation-31: Chemotherapy and radiotherapy can cure cancers. Cancers can be cured if they are detected in their early stages. Seeking help from alternative medical practitioners can result in death.

Evaluation: The medical world does not know what causes the cancer. Yet, the symptoms are destroyed with the use of very strong chemicals and equally strong radiations.

If the causes are not eradicated, naturally, the same cancer would erupt again soon.

Many alternative medical practitioners have something or other to offer for a possible cure of the deadly cancers.

I evaluated some of them, and they do not seem to have the potentials to eradicate the cancers. Many of them seem to be just ‘beating the bush.

Let me describe the case of an elderly woman in Kuala Lumpur who had cancer in the mouth. She was given a herbal preparation (containing the powdered fruit of Phyllanthus emblicus, called Nellikkai in Tamil) that was naturally rich in calcium.

As a result, her situation became increasingly worse. The very cancer had come to exist because of her betel-chewing habit, wherein she rubs over the betel leaves large quantities of lime, viz., the calcium. This being the case, the right procedure should aim to remove the excess calcium from her body rather than adding on the same culprit.

Although this kind of misadventures are rare among the alternative medical practitioners, they give room to others to criticise or suspect that all alternative medical practitioners are ‘killers’.

The alternative medical practitioners do not deserve this kind of remarks, for their contribution to the society is nothing less compared to Western medicine.

I have repeatedly described the causes for cancer in all my books. For more elaborate understanding, one should read my book on obesity, published in 1998.

Out of necessity, let me describe here again in brief the true causes for the development of benign tumours and malignant cancers.

Only then, we can evaluate the validity of chemotherapy and radiotherapy treatments given to cancer patients, and set right the misunderstanding.

If and when excessive calcium accumulates within the body of a person, it hardens the soft tissues initially, and develops into a cancer.

If a person drinks about 2 - 3 litres of water daily, and urinates nearly all of it, the calcium excesses get removed from the body, leaving it in a healthy state.

On the other hand, if one does not urinate adequately for any reason, only then, the calcium stays back in the tissues to give rise to many major diseases, including benign tumours and malignant cancers.

By right, based on this fact, a curative procedure should aim at removing the excessive calcium from the body rather than trying to kill the ‘innocent’ cells with the use of highly dangerous ‘weapons’ such as radiation and chemotherapies.

The latter two should be considered a gross mistake, based on a series of misinterpretations the medical world has developed.

These give unbearable agony to the patient that they pray to God seeking an early death, for that could be a better relief to them compared to the sufferings inflicted into them by these venomous chemicals and radiations.

These therapies will never ever cure the cancers in a person, for they have nothing favourable in them that would eradicate at ease the excessive calcium.

Of course, any poison, chemical or radiation is bound to create hyperacidity in the patient. That alone to some degree would neutralise the calcium in the cancer victim and give a temporary but false relief.

Since the cause for cancer still remains and progresses, in spite of the chemical and radiation treatments, the patient would still die. Such a speedy and painful death should be mostly due to the use of highly toxic chemicals and radiations rather than the cancer itself.

My aunt, aged 84 now, had brain tumour about twelve years ago. She refused to undergo chemotherapy and radiation treatments, and preferred a natural death.

During the interim period, she took, due to my influence, plenty of distilled water and urinated well, and was prepared to die otherwise.

Her tumour has ‘shrunken’, and she is still alive and well.

Some 10 years ago, a distinguished Dato in Ampang Jaya, Kuala Lumpur, invited me to help his wife in her deathbed due to advanced cancer.

Her doctors had given up on her, and she had received all the possible and available treatments (including radiotherapy and chemotherapy) earlier. She was expected to die within a week or two.

On repeated persuasion, I agreed to treat the patient. I needed two days to prepare the required acid-natured herbs. Therefore, I was scheduled to begin my treatment with effect from the third day.

As per plan, I went on the third day to the Ampang Jaya residence of the Dato, with adequate preparations to decalcify the lady’s body.

A big crowed awaited around the residence. On entering into the house, the Dato came to me with a very sad face only to inform me that his wife had passed away very early that morning. He thanked me for my efforts.

On my part, I thanked the great God for saving me from any undue criticism. This was so because, if the lady died even one minute after the initiation of my treatment, they would blame me for ‘ending’ her life.

To-date, I had several occasions to thank God for saving me from this kind of mishaps.

STARTLING REVELATIONS: MEGASERIES: PART-29

Chapter 12
EGOISM AND MISINTERPRETATIONS
HAVE BEEN RULING THE WORLD
UNTIL THIS DAY
(Continues from Part-28…)

Misinterpretation-32: Permitted quantities of food preservatives and conditioners are OK

Evaluation: A food manufacturing industry will have to necessarily preserve their eatables from getting spoiled. Otherwise, they cannot market them.

There are several preservatives available.

The following are some of the traditional methods for keeping the food for a prolonged period.
Drying under strong sunlight will preserve several of the foods, especially if they are of vegetable origin.

The normal cooking salt (sodium chloride) is a good preservative. If cut meat pieces or fish are smeared with salt and sun-dried, they will keep unspoilt for a long time.

Oils too form good preservatives. For instance, mutton cooked using plenty of oil will keep good for a few days.

Pickles prepared in the traditional way using salt and gingerly oil and the like will keep good for years.

However, food industries prefer to use chemical preservatives for obvious reasons.

Some of the chemicals are least harmful, while some could be very dangerous.

The government regulation (helped by chemists who have vested interest in the national economy), controls the amounts of preservative any particular food can contain.

The ‘permitted’ levels of these substances are not supposed to harm a person.

If, for instance, 1mg of a chemical preservative added to one packet of a particular food is not harmful, the Government would allow that to be practiced.

My question is what happens if a person eats two packets of the same food?

Certainly the quantity of the poison would get doubled, exceeding the permitted level, causing harm to the consumer.

Some of the preservatives may not be water-soluble. Yet, let us assume that most of them are water-soluble.

If a consumer drinks water after eating this food, and urinates liberally later, then, we can at least assume that most of the poisons would get removed from the body.

What happens if the person under-urinates?

These poisons would accumulate within the body, and would cause severe damages. Repeated consumption of the same food can speed up the process.

Large number of soft drinks sold in the market contain one or the other type of preservatives. Some people drink this on a regular basis. These would certainly give them, at times, serious illnesses.

Even plain drinking water is sent through pipes only after treating them with preservatives. Chlorine that can harm people is one of them.

So, what else can we do to escape from these dangers?

When it comes to the water, it would probably be best to use it after filtering it through an ordinary carbon filter

When it comes to the rest, we do not have many choices. In the first place, we can conveniently avoid consuming preservative-containing foods. If not, consume them at greater intervals, and not frequently or on a regular basis.

Secondly, if possible, we can wash off the preservatives from some of the solid foods.
Washing off of the pesticide residues from the vegetables and fruits should be done on a regular basis.

Of course, one cannot expect this from the foods that are served in restaurants. Even if the management is cautious and regulatory, the cooks who are not scientists, may not appreciate the importance of the regulations imposed by the management, and they tend to overlook the need at times.

Because of such reasons, I try my best to avoid eating foods in restaurants.

Those who are responsible for running the country may ask this question: if everybody stops consuming manufac-tured foods and drinks, and also stops eating at the restaurants, what would happen to the country’s economy? Naturally, unemployment can be upsetting the livelihood of people!

The ultimate suggestion should probably follow the rule that goes with the use of preservatives.

That is, try not to exceed the permitted limit. In other words, do not consume the same preservative-containing food repeatedly at short intervals.

Avoid if possible. If not, consume with caution, drink water, and urinate well.
What else can we do?

.

.

Misinterpretation-33: The bacteria E-coli causes duodenal ulcer. Therefore, duodenal patients should take antibiotics.
.

Evaluation: The truth appears to be very different.

.
When a person eats less food and works more, he runs short of food energy. Therefore, his brain induces digestive juices in the duodenum area of the digestive system. This increases the appetite in the person.

.
Our brain’s idea is to motivate the person to eat food as soon as possible.

.
If the person does not eat enough food, then, the membranous lining at the duodenum gets eroded, and that causes a wound or ulcer, which gives the pain.

.
All these years, the doctors have been prescribing antacids (i.e., alkaline chemicals, such as magnesium tablets) to neutralise the acid component of the digestive juice there so that the patient will not get the pain.

.
This massive intake of alkaline chemicals, in turn, makes the body secrete more and more acids, thus increasing the ulcer problem.

.
When the ulcer reaches a bleeding point, the doctors would recommend a surgical correction of the ulcerated region. This in turn, would hinder the person’s eating habit to a great extent for the rest of his life.

.
Very recently, some medical scientists ‘discovered’ the presence of a bacteria called Escherichia coli in the ulcerated wounds. Then, they have conveniently described that the wound is created by the bacteria, and not as was being believed all these years.

.
As a result of this, large number of doctors at world-level have started giving their duodenal ulcer patients certain doses of antibiotics, along with antacids!

.
The truth here is different. The wound initially forms earlier because of the reasons just described. The bacteria then comes to live there. In other words, it is a secondary invader, and it is not a causative agent.

.
The irony here is, that the ‘discoverers’ were awarded, just two years ago, a Nobel Prize for their ‘outstanding contribution to the world of medicine’.

.
This probably is the biggest error the Nobel Prize Committee had ever made! What a shame!
I am sure, one day, the truth will get recognised.

.
Just last year, I sent an e-mail inquiry to the chief medical professor in-charge of the recommendations committee.

.
I am still awaiting his response! I doubt if I will ever receive any.

.
Antibiotics should not be taken for a cure of duodenal ulcer. Instead of curing the disease, it would only kill several of the most needed components of our living system.

.
I have suggested an easy remedy for the cure of an ulcer in my book “Human Diseases”.
Satisfying the need of the brain easily cures the duodenal ulcer, even if it happens to be near to the bleeding stage. Therefore, taking antibiotics or antacids become totally redundant.

.
Misinterpretation-34: Low saturated fat diet decreases the risk of cancer and heart attack. Therefore, one should consume only low fat diet, and that will constitute a healthy lifestyle.
.
Evaluation: In the first place, by now, we are well aware of the fact that fat as such is not giving any form of cancer, and neither does it give any heart attack. Plenty of fat consumption will certainly increase the body weight of the person. However, such an overweight will have nothing much to do with any of the fatal diseases.

We also know that it is accumulation of excessive calcium within the cells of the soft tissues that gives rise to these diseases.

Low fat milk, for instance, contains plenty of calcium. Therefore, irrespective of the quantity of fat present, if one consumes large quantities of milk, he is bound to get blood vessel thickening, heart attack, tumours and the like.

It is important that we should become aware of such misinterpretations, so that we do not have to suffer any more.
