Your needs / Objectives / Indemnification

After reading my articles, if you are convinced of their worthiness/ usefulness, you may want to kindly spread the news to your friends suggesting to read what you had read.

My ambition is to reach out to the World Health Organisation, so that my findings will become useful to people worldwide.
'
I will be happy to cooperate / coordinate with any scientist for the furtherance of my findings.

I am extremely THANKFUL to GOOGLE for their fantastic and free services all the time, for reaching out to the public at large.

Indemnification: All my articles are based on MY OWN research, and I strongly believe that they are true. I have been requesting the W.H.O. and Malaysian Ministry of Health to evaluate my discoveries. Until they are approved for use, the Readers of all my articles should get the approval of a Registered Medical Practitioner prior to practising them, and I should not be held responsible for any mishap at all.

78. Polyurea (Urinating Numerous Times)
Excessive secretion of urine and frequent urination constitute polyurea. This is considered as a disease linked to diabetes, more so to Diabetes Insipidus.
I have established that a healthy person should urinate about 8 – 10 times daily so as to continue keeping healthy all the time.

If a person drinks, say, 4 L water, and if he/she urinates about 16 times, then, that too should be considered near-normal, and not linked with any kind of diabetes at all.

When a person drinks very little water (e.g., l L daily), he/she will be urinating only twice the most. Then too, only a little of urine will be voided at each occasion.

When such an under-urination becomes a permanent feature, then, abundant toxic substances along with the ‘good’ excesses accumulate within the body.

If these are not eliminated, then, the body would suffer from different kinds of diseases - some of them fatal, such as cancers.

In order to prevent such mishaps, the brain forcefully evacuates the urine several times, with a view to expelling the wastes. Only in such cases, the so-called Diabetes Insipidus comes in, but not otherwise.

A large number of people, on hearing that too much of urination may mean diabetes, try not to drink much water, and also try to under-urinate on purpose.

I have come across several people who have gone to their doctors requesting to treat them to reduce their urine frequencies. They end up being victims of misinformation.

Drinking 2 or 3 L of water and urinating 10 or 12 times does not contribute to any form of disease. In fact, that forms the most healthy habit.

If a person drinks too little water (e.g., 1L) and urinates 10 times daily, only then it should be taken to mean that he has developed diabetes of some kind.

Apart from all the above, if a person keeps eating only carbohydrates, vegetables and such low density foods, especially at dinner or supper times, he/she is bound to urinate several times during sleeping hours by night.

The cure for this requires eating at dinner times high density foods such as fats and proteins of animal origin. A deep sleep would help for a speedy recovery from this problem.
