FOOD THAT
DOES NOT CONTAIN CALCIUM WILL NOT GIVE RISE TO OBESITY.
(© 7 November,
2015: Dr.V.M.Palaniappan, Ph.D.)
I have already established
with adequate evidences that it is the ACCUMULATION OF CALCIUM WITHIN THE SOFT
CELLS in the body that INCREASES the overall weight, or Body Mass Index (BMI),
besides giving ALL THE DISEASES THAT ARE RELATED TO MORBID OBESITY, including type-2 diabetes,
tumours/lumps and cancers, heart / blood diseases, stone diseases, hypothyroidism,
erratic menses, infertility in men and women, etc. (Palaniappan,
1998-2015).
In the
meantime, I just read a related news published by Drs. David Just and Brian
Wansink, from Cornell University, in the journal Obesity Science &
Practice.
Medical Xpress (5 November 2015) has the news, covered
by Katherine Baildon, which can be viewed through the following URL:
http://medicalxpress.com/news/2015-11-candy-soda-fast-food-obesity.html?utm_source=nwletter&utm_medium=email&utm_content=ctgr-item&utm_campaign=daily-nwletter
It is entitled:
Candy, soda,
and fast food are not driving the rising obesity trend in the US
According to
them, as the headline indicates, candy, soda, and fast food do not contribute
to obesity.
The news
further elaborates that:
“While a diet of chocolate bars and cheese burgers … Coke … are not
likely to be a leading cause of obesity…”
They seem
to have found that the above are not related to Body Mass Index (BMI)
increases.
These
Researcher have compared the BMI of underweight people with the overweight, in
relation to the consumption of the indicated eatables/drinks.
As per my
study, conducted over a period of 40 years, the following appears to be the basic truth behind the build-up of obesity
or BMI in people, irrespective of the geographical location, ethnicity, and the like.
ANYONE, IRRESPECTIVE
OF THE TYPE OF FOOD THEY EAT, WHO UNDER-URINATES WILL CERTAINLY PUT
ON WEIGHT, BECOME OBESE, AND END UP BEING MORBIDLY OBESE, BOOSTING THE
BMI LIMITLESSLY (accordingly).
Of
course, IN ADDITION TO UNDER-URINATION, if the consumed food has
ABUNDANT CALCIUM, then the RATE of OBESITY INCREASE will be RAPID.
If the
Calcium content happens to be LESS, then the rate of such an increase will be
relatively SLOW. (We should not forget the fact that there is almost no food that does not contain any calcium at all. It is just that some food has very little, while some other may have abundant: it varies greatly.)
That will
be the only difference.
Let us
consider the case of three persons (or some three hundred thousand people, who
should ALL be only THIN people, to start with*) consuming the SAME diet
viz., candy, soda, and the SAME fast foods (as it happened in this study), and
subject them to the following experiment:
(* If the
sample happens to consist of mixed types of people, that is, some already
obese, some thin, and so on, it would make the final observation and analyses much
complicated.
In fact,
it would be ideal if ALL the people are either MALES, or only females. This is
so because, the females, if they are still fertile, they would lose large
quantities of Calcium through their monthly menstruations, and that will certainly
influence the final result.)
Guide the
first one hundred thousand to drink only HALF- A-LITRE (500 ml) of WATER
(and not any other liquids) DAILY, and that will necessitate them to UNDER-URINATE.
They will end up urinating about THRICE or so daily.
Let the second
one hundred thousand to drink 2 L or more (can be 3 or 4 L) of water, and
guide them to SWEAT OUT* or lose most of their body water through
strenuous exercises of any kind, stand under the sun**, work in cold
air-conditioned room, sleep either in an air-conditioned*** room, or under a
fast-running fan****. If necessary, ask them withhold their urge to urinate.
(* Loss
of body water through the sweat would result in under-urination.
** Likewise,
sun’s heat would make the person perspire, and that would result in under-urination
as well.
***
Air-conditioner sucks out the body water through dehydration, and that machine
discharges that water outside the living/bedroom.
****
Fast-running fan would dissipate the water into the air)
Let the
third one hundred thousand to drink 2 L or more (also can be 3 or 4 L), and
guide them urinate LIBERALLY: i.e., they should be prevented from doing any of
the body-water-losing activities described above, and this group of people
should be guided to URINATE ONCE EVERY TWO HOURS WHILE AWAKE, and that
may end up being about 8 times or more daily.
Based on
the outcome of my intense study conducted during the past 40 years, the result
of the above experimentation will be as follows:
(Let me
remind you: ALL the people have been consuming exactly identical quantities of
CANDY, SODA, and FAST FOOD.)
The FIRST
group of people who UNDER-URINATED (about twice or thrice) after
drinking much LESS WATER, would positively, to a very highly significant
extent, develop VERY HIGH BMI, become MORBIDLY OBESE, and would
develop HEART BLOCKAGES, BLOOD VESSEL THICKENING (Atherosclerosis) KIDNEY STONES, HYPOTHYROIDISM, LUMP
in Breasts, if
females, and TUMOURS somewhere in the body, if they are males –
but NOT in the Prostate Gland.
The Second
Group, who UNDER-URINATED (about thrice daily) AFTER
DRINKING PLENTY OF WATER (> 2 L), would still put on weight, but to a
LESSER EXTENT, compared to the First Group. However, this group of people would
develop, also to a significant extent, develop TYPE-2 DIABETES.
When it
comes to the THIRD GROUP, who took PLENTY of WATER (> 2 L), and also URINATED
LIBERALLY (MORE
THAN 8 TIMES DAILY), would REMAIN
THIN, without any BMI INCREASE, and WITHOUT*any
of the DISEASES.
(*
However, I have observed that, among those THIN people who liberally urinate
AFTER drinking, say 4 L of water (as compared to those who drink 2 L), the 4 L
drinkers would LOSE their original body weight, and would become VERY THIN and
Skeletal-looking. This is so because, they would lose nearly all the Calcium
excesses they had from the food consumed + SOME OF THE ‘ORIGINAL’ CALCIUM
ALREADY PRESENT IN THE BODY, through urinations.
Only
those who drink 2 L water, and urinate 8 times, would continue to remain the
same as they were prior to the beginning of the experiment.
To repeat
in this context, IF THIS group of people under-urinated, the calcium would
accumulate within their body, and that would make them obese, as explained
earlier)
*********I think, it would only be proper for me to suggest the two Researchers in Cornell University, to fully understand my explanations, and REPEAT another large-scale experiment taking into consideration each of all the variables I have suggested / indicated above, and get new set of data for their analyses.
Then,
they will end up saying, most probably, that chocolates, because they contain
plenty of calcium, and some of the fast food items such as CHEESE-containing
PIZZAS and the like that contain abundant calcium in them, will CERTAINLY MAKE
PEOPLE OBESE, AND GIVE THEM ALL MAJOR DISEASES, including a big boost in the
BMI, Cancer, Type-2 Diabetes, stone diseases, heart diseases, and the like
**********
In the
meantime, I would like highlight another ‘new belief’ these two scientists have
suggested, and that is (as is seen in Medical Xpress):
"This
means," explains Dr. Just, "that diets and health campaigns aimed at
reducing and preventing obesity may be off track if they hinge on
demonizing specific foods." He adds, "If we want real change
we need to look at the overall diet, and physical activity.
Narrowly targeting junk foods is not just ineffective, it may be
self-defeating as it distracts from the real underlying causes of obesity."
Referring
to the above conclusion, I have the following to say:
1. The whole world is of
course off track in their judgement as what exactly is the causative factor
that makes people morbidly obese.
On the other hand, physical exercises,
because of promoting PROFUSE SWEATING, REDUCES the quantity of
URINE (carrying
and removing the unwanted Calcium excesses out of the body) that is excreted. That
would enhance the RETENTION of the UNWANTED CALCIUM, and thereby INCREASE THE
BMI, and thus offset the benefit.
In effect, the physical exercises
neither helps nor harms the body, when it comes to the BMI.
(b)
Drinking
only juices, soups, soft drinks, alcoholic beverages, etc. (Soups are mere
extracts of all the Calcium from the source vegetable or meat itmes: e.g. Crab
soup contains abundant Calcium).
I think,
I have written a wonderful and much sensible, breakthrough-kind of article. This forms a TOTALLY A NEW
THINKING, FOR THE FIRST TIME IN THE WORLD.
I hope
those people who do experiments following THE PRINCIPLES I HAVE BROUGHT TO
LIGHT, instead of claiming that they have done ‘original research’, ACKNOWLEDGE
ME as the FOUNDER of these thoughts, and that they are re-confirming what I have already reported through various publications from 1998 - 2015.
I hope
ALL people in the health-care industry, including Dr. Margaret Chan – the Director
General of World Health Organisation (W.H.O), and Dato Sri Dr. S. Subramaniam –
the popular and dynamic Health Minister in Malaysia, would read this, and would
recognise all my works, for the benefit of humankind.
With best
wishes and thanks for reading this.
