5. Angina (Heart Pain) .
People who drink adequate quantity of water (2–2½ L daily) and urinate liberally (8-10 times), and avoiding the consumption of calcium and vitamin-D enriched foods, do not get any heart blockage, and therefore they will not get any heart pain.
. One other important factor that promotes heart blockage (along with blood pressure and type-2 diabetes mellitus) appears to be related to the constant occurrence of chronic constipation*.

.(*defecating slimy stools several times daily, along with frequent release of highly offensive and smelly flatulence. The faeces removes with it a substantial quantity of calcium. Constipation appears to prevent such removals, while at the same time promotes its accumulation within the body.) .
. Skeletal, Thin and Perfect categories of people belong to a ‘healthy’ group.

. This is so because, there will not be any calcium build up in them. Any excess calcium that might have entered into their body would get leached out along with the urine they void, and also in the faeces they defecate.
.

Men who have reached the stage of Obesity Type IV, with a Calf Hardness (cH) of anything above 80%, and those of the Withered Stage (W-1) can develop heart pain, otherwise called angina pectoris, leading to heart attacks and death (See Palaniappan, 1998 & 2001 for more details).
.

The latter can occur because of blockages in the coronary arteries within the heart due to a rapid build up of calcium along with vitamin-D and cholesterol, thus preventing smooth blood flow (and thereby the oxygen supply) to the tissues of the heart itself, resulting in heart failure, otherwise called a myocardial infarction.
.

Such a person will not live longer to reach the next withered stage of W-2 and rest of the stages.

Most of the women, as long as they menstruate, will not get angina. This is so because, the calcium (which could give rise to heart pain) that accumulates due to under- urination, will get depleted along with the menstrual fluids.
.

However, once an under-urinating woman has meno-paused, the calcium builds up in her rapidly, and that can give her a severe blockage, followed by a massive heart attack and death, due to myocardial infarction.

6. Osteo-arthritis / Rheumatic Pain (Pain in Joints / Knee Pain) .
Thomas (1985) described this to be a general term for acute and chronic inflammation, soreness and stiffness of muscles, and pain in joints and associated structures.

Rheumatoid Arthritis is inflammation of the joints, stiffness, swelling, cartilaginous hypertrophy, and pain.
.

As per my finding, Rheumatism occurs when there is a sudden change in the pH of the body fluids.
.

An under-urinating person’s body is bound to be alkaline because of the accumulation of excessive calcium in the soft tissues of his/her body. Creatinine, another alkaline sub-stance that stays back because of such under-urination tends to increase such an alkalinity.
.

If such a person is going to give room for the development of hyperacidosis, he/she would develop this rheumatoid arthritis, because of the accumulation of the acid fluid in the joints, after displacing alkaline fluid. I have clinically helped to correct this problem, including gout.
.

. When our body‘s fluids become acidified, the state is called hyperacidosis.
. .

This can happen due to the following reasons:
.
(a) eating too much of acid fruits and foods (rich proteins),
.
(b) drinking distilled water and acidified soft drinks,
.
(c) eating cereal-containing foods (e.g., dhal curry) that were cooked
a day or two earlier, and eating ‘idly’ made of old flour,
.
(d) eating high protein diet (wheat, dhal, etc.).
.
(e) over-work, non-stop travelling,
.
(f) sleeplessness,
.
(g) dry masturbation,
.
(h) intake of chemical-based medications,
.
(i) taking acid drugs given for heart problems,
.
(j) taking antibiotics, and
.
(k) poking the soft muscles with rusted nails and needles.
.
. A person whose body turns acidic due to the above-described hyperacidosis would develop arthritis and gout.
.

Even long-standing, difficult-to-correct arthritis and gout can be cured by:
.
(a) drinking adequate quantity of water (about 2–2½ L) that is naturally mildly alkaline, and urinating 8-10 times daily,
.
(b) taking a little more of the table salt in foods eaten,
.
(c) taking fresh orange fruits/drinking sugared lemon juice,
.
(d) drinking coconut water and eating sea-coconut fruits,
.

(e) sleeping adequately,
.
(f) avoiding acid fruits and foods (e.g., mango, papaya, pineapple, rambutan, langsat, jack fruit, etc.),
.
(g) reducing excessive workloads and resting without much strenuous physical exercise,
.
(h) avoiding dry masturbation (with or without the use of a vibrator),
. .
(i) avoiding previous day’s (old) foods, and
.
(j) avoiding protein-rich foods.
.
. When the body’s acidity becomes neutralised, and when it becomes mildly alkaline, the arthritis and gout get cured within a few days.
