(* The phenomenon of gangrene occurrence in diabetics is similar to the development of leprosy)
This occurs when tissues in any part of the body die owing to lack of blood supply. There are many types in this.
Several reasons are given for the impeded blood flow. However, when it comes to Diabetes Mellitus, I have developed the following hypothesis that appears to fit the problem very well.
In the first place, I have established that Diabetes Mellitus occurs in a person, not because of over-consumption of sugars, but because of its under-consumption, coupled with the accumulation of calcium to an excessive level due essentially to chronic under-urination habit of the person.
Frequent urination, related to diabetes, is the result of brain trying to force out the accumulated unwanted substances, including the calcium excesses.
If a diabetic patient continues to control his urinations – in spite of the brain’s stimulation, and if the patient continues to consume excessive calcium (e.g., through calcium-enriched foods or calcium tablets), then, such excesses, with added vitamin-D and cholesterol, would accumulate in the soft tissues and harden them.
This way, the cH (calf hardness) increases to 100%, similar to what existed at the pre-diabetic state. The cells that make up the calf tissue develop hypertrophy further *.
(* Each cell becomes enlarged, owing to the over-loading of calcium oxalate crystals).

When such a tissue hardening occurs, the diabetic situation worsens to some extent.
Besides that, the following two additional problems can also occur:
Besides that, the following two additional problems can also occur:
(1) the hardened tissues that make up the calf (e.g., gastrocnemius and soleus muscles) can exert a pressure over the blood vessels and hinder the blood flow, and
(2) the cells that make up the blood vessel walls can get impregnated with the calcium oxalate crystals, leading to hypertrophy and narrowing of the lumen, to form atherosclerosis.
At its next stage, the lumens get totally blocked, similar to the blockages that occur in the heart. When this happens, the blood supply to the surrounding tissues will stop, thus causing the death of the cells there.
Thus, the above two together can give rise to gangrene.
Thus, the above two together can give rise to gangrene.
Naturally and unavoidably, a surgeon would remove the dead tissues through surgical procedures. Often, this results in the amputation of the limb or a part of it, which may hasten the process of death of the person.
Formation of gangrene can be prevented by taking all the measures that are recommended in Ecological Healing System for the prevention and cure of type-1 diabetes mellitus, obesity, calf hardness, etc.
