84. Pubic Discharges / White Discharge

All under-urinating women would have this disease called leucorrhoea. However, some women suffering from erratic / delayed menses too tend to have some white discharges.
Under-urination allows excessive calcium accumulation within the body. It is this calcium that gets excreted in the form of white discharge. Therefore, in liberal-urinating females, the white discharge problem may not exist at all, except perhaps for a few days prior to the onset of monthly menses.
All those who habitually under-urinate, owing to this kind of calcium accumulation, would certainly become obese.
So, all obese women, without exception, will have abundant vaginal white discharges.
Such discharges, when invaded by bacteria, start emitting a kind of nasty and unbearable foul odour.
All those who consume plenty of water (i.e.,>2L daily) and urinate liberally (8-10 times) will have only acid-natured, rancid-smelling watery discharges. They would continue to remain thin.
The cure for this problem has two aspects: (1) every woman should drink adequate quantity of water, and urinate nearly all of it through some 8–10 urinations., and (2) they should avoid calcium-enriched foods, dairy products, wheat items including all bakery snacks and chocolates, and eat more of acid foods, fruits and drinks. This will quickly correct the problem.
If rapid recovery is preferred, one should drink distilled or rain water for a month or so, until the problem is corrected.
If a person is to drink 2L of water, only one litre should be distilled water, and the rest should be normal purified water. This precaution is to prevent rheumatic problems, gout, etc., as well as to prevent severe depletion of the required mineral nutrients from the body.
