Dear Ms. KK.,
The stomach bulge has been mistaken by nearly ALL Allopathic as Alternative medical practitioners to be due to FAT.
The truth appears to be different.
It is calcium that enters into the soft cells in the areas of stomach, buttocks, and the like, and swell them up.
The fat just forms a superficial thin layer around the swollen cells and gives a cushioning effect.
When people try to 'burn' away the fat by over-working the body in the form Gym and other forms of exercises, it does not get burnt, and the bulge does not sink in. Often, the bulge increases.
Such an increase occurs because:
Exercising strenuously produces plenty of sweat.
When water gets lost in the form of sweat, urine quantity will get reduced.
As a result, the calcium, even if consumed in smaller quantities through food, accumulates, and that further increases the size of the bulge.
If you wear tight pant, tight belt, tightly pressing under-wear, etc., you are sure to develop stomach bulge.
Therefore, the right procedure to reduce the stomach bulge should consist of the following FIVE steps:
1. Wear LOOSE clothes, so that the tight clothes will not prevent the flow of calcium-carrying lymph fluid from going to other parts of the body.
2. Of course, eat mediocre amounts of fat-containing foods.
(No need to bother about burning it away by exercises).
(Also should minimise the usage of fans and air-conditioners).
3. Drink 2.5 L of water or so daily (under Malaysian lowland conditions), and urinate nearly ALL of it though at least 9 urinations daily, and
4. Do Body Rubbing Exercise (as is described in my Obesity book).
5. Keep both your hands over the bulged part of the stomach. Do it as though you are holding the ‘hanging’ bulge.
Press the stomach a bit.
At the same time, cave-in your stomach (as if your are pulling with the use of your stomach muscles) - similar to what happens while trying to inhale breadth deeply.
Need not hold the breadth, but hold the stomach in the caved-position, and count up to 10, starting from one.
On counting 10, take away your hands (from holding your stomach bulge), but continue keeping it in a caved-in position.
At this, count 11 to 20. Then, let go the stomach.
YOU MUST DO THIS ONCE EVERY HOUR WHILE YOU ARE AWAKE.
This has to be done for about three weeks.
Please do not give up for any reason. Be determined.
Even huge pot-bellies have turned flat in people during my GroupTherapy programs, surprising every body else.
Please do not doubt this procedure.
