WHAT RUINS SEX POTENTIALS

Too many little messages are waiting for you.

However, not wanting to disrupt our main topic of discussion on Sex Potentials, I would like to present here a small message today.

In a day or two, I will add on the many useful information.

So, please read on this small, but important aspect concerning sex suppressors:

This has a little more of the 'never-thought of' information:

Factor-9: Iron-deficiency anaemia

Iron deficiency anaemia can ruin the sex potentials in both genders, but in men to a great extent.

Red blood cell contains haemoglobin.


The latter carries oxygen from the lungs to the cells, and carbon dioxide from cells to the lungs.


If blood is tested, a good range for haemoglobin should lie between 130 and 180 g/L.


Anaemia is caused if the iron content becomes reduced in the haemoglobin.


This will make the person pale-looking, weak and fatigue, and the haemoglobin content will be much less from the original range.

Iron deficiency can occur due to (a) inadequate iron in food, (b) poor absorption of iron by the body, and/or (c) frequent destruction of the already absorbed iron in the body, and (d) constant loss of blood.


Iron inadequacy can be best corrected by consuming iron-rich green leafy vegetables, dates, sesame seed candy, and the like.


Taking orally tablets or capsules containing VERY SMALL quantities of inorganic iron mineral as ferrous sulphate is another way of correcting this problem.


This should be taken in the midst of food, preferably with breakfast or lunch.


Anyway, the correction procedure may take even up to 6 months.


Those that ruin one’s sex potentials include:


• Drinking TEA (because of its tannin content), even once daily.


• Chewing betel nuts, even thrice a week, and


• Consuming or accumulating EXCESSIVE CALCIUM through ENRICHED foods and drinks can prevent iron absorption, leading to the development of iron deficiency anaemia, and thereby ruining the sex potentials of a person.


Therefore, anyone interested in the upkeep of his/her sex potentials should also keep up the quality of his/her BLOOD.


Generally, regular consumption or NATURALLY iron-rich food enhances sex activities.


Rule-9: Eat more green leafy vegetables, and correct your anaemic status soon, to obtain best sex potentials.
