SUGAR AS SUCH DOES NOT POISON THE HUMAN BODY AT
ALL – THE ILL-INFORMED RESEARCHERS DO!

I became much fascinated when I saw the
heading “Sugar is
the new Tobacco” in a reputable Malaysian consumer
magazine called Utusan Konsumer.

Wanting to read more on the subject, I

************Let me present here what I strongly believe as TOTAL TRUTH, which has been inadvertently overlooked by ALL researchers:
(Please read ALL the following steps, and kindly do not skip any sentence, on the assumption that you already knew it)
When you grind rice and make a refined flour out of it, you do not call it a synthetic chemical substance.
Likewise, I don’t think we should call refined white sugar that is made
out of sugarcane juice (or sugar beet) as an artificial substance – it is NOT an
artificial chemical.

In Nature, the human body is designed to digest / utilize carbohydrates (sugars), fats, proteins, vitamins, minerals, and water.
So, we need to consume ALL the above – in varying quantities, as per
balance that has come to exist in the process of evolution.
To digest sugar, our body (beta cells in pancreas) secretes INSULIN.
If we take MORE sugar, MORE insulin secretes, to cope up with the need.
If we take ABUNDANT sugar, equally ABUNDANT insulin secretes.
If we consume MORE THAN THE MAXIMUM ABUNDANCE (i.e., excessive sugar
that can be tolerated by the body), then the body reacts in the following
manner:
Initially, it gives a sense of FULL SATISFACTION.
As a next step, it gives DISSATISFACTION / DISGUST / HATE.
As an advanced step, it gives NAUSEATING sensation, and INDUCES TO VOMIT
THE INTOLERABLE EXCESS (+ a little more of the tolerable excess that has
already gone into the stomach).
If we, somehow, may be with some drugs, suppress the vomit, and CONTINUE
TAKING MORE AND MORE SUGAR, then the brain, OUT OF NO CHOICE, wanting to save
the body from destruction / death, takes up an extreme measure.
Such a measure constitutes TOTAL WITHDRAWAL (stopping) of insulin
secretion.
(If insulin is not secreted, the excessive sugar will not get digested.
If the excessive sugar is not digested, the cells would not receive those
excesses, and thereby the cells would not collapse, thus would get saved from
death.)
THE TOTAL STOPPAGE OF INSULIN SECRETION GIVES RISE TO, WHAT WE HAVE BEEN
CALLING “THE TYPE-I: INSULIN DEPENDENT DIABETES MELLITUS”, OR “JUVENILE
DIABETES*”.
(*Since the children are bound to consume far too much of sweets,
neglecting the nauseating feeling, they become susceptible for the development
of this Type-I diabetes.)
The medical fraternity calls this an “AUTO-IMMUNE DISEASE”, and are NOT
able to offer the explanation for the disease I have offered HERE!
In other words,
brain creates ANY auto-immune disease in order to save the human body from
death when all other efforts to save it fail.
(Hashimotos
hypothyroidism and all others that occur in the human body are the results of
this kind of action.)
***********LET US RECOGNIZE THIS:
If excessive sugar that is beyond the body’s tolerance limit is
consumed, it DOES NOT make the person put on weight – it does not give rise to
morbid obesity.
All it does is, that it collapses and kills the cells that had received these excess sugars.
So, type-I diabetes develops and prevents the penetration of such sugar excesses into the cells.
That is all to it!

Now, let us see the other side of the story:
Please follow the description without questioning much, since it is
meant to ease the process of understanding: consider them as examples:
If we consume 100 grams of sugar, equally 100 ml of insulin would
secrete to digest it.
If we reduce it to 50 grams, 50 ml would secrete.
Further reduction to, say 10 grams, would reduce the secretion to 10 ml.
On the advice of your ILL-INFORMED Health Consultant, if you STOPPED totally
the consumption of all forms of SUGARS altogether, then, the insulin secretion
also would STOP completely!
In theory, the above is not possible at all. Without your knowledge, you
are bound to consume at least a little of some form of sugar.
Let us say that it amounts to 5 grams. If so, 5 ml of insulin would keep on secreting.

In other words, there will not be a complete stoppage of insulin.
If you continue to live as above, this will become an established
pattern of lifestyle, and your brain would register this as your NORM, and
forms an ADDICTION*.
(* According to the South Indian Siddha Medical System, which is nearly
the same, but older than that of the North Indian Ayurvedic Medical System, Any
habit practised for 48 days, would form a ‘habit’, or an addiction. I have found this to be just 40 days.) Continued abstinence form sugar consumption, would make the beta cells in the pancreas get ADDICTED, and develop a PATTERN to secrete only the minimum – 5 ml in this example, all the time.
The above being the case, if you suddenly consumed, say 20 grams of any sugar,
only 5 grams out of THAT 20 would get digested, and the REMAINING 15 grams
would KEEP FLOATING in the BLOOD in an UNDIGESTED FORM, thus giving rise to
TYPE 2 DIABETES MELLITUS!
Naturally, if you consumed too much of sugar all of a sudden, amounting
to, say 80 grams, then 75 grams of the sugar would keep floating in an
undigested manner in the blood.
At this stage, if your blood is tested, of course, it would show a very
HIGH reading, creating an alarm in you!
Again, brain comes to the rescue, to save the body from getting ruined:
The brain re-directs the SERUM or LYMPH-borne undigested sugars to be
EXPLELLED from the body through the URINE.
This is precisely why the urine becomes sugary!
***********Most of us know that in Chemistry, there is something called “Saturation Point*”.
(* Example of saturation point: If in the room temperature, 2 grams of a
sugar called sucrose can dissolve in 1 ml of water, then, more of it cannot be
dissolved, unless the water is heated. This is called its saturation point.

So, if your blood is carrying TOO MUCH of the unutilized SUGAR, you need
to URINATE more.
To urinate more, you need to drink MORE WATER.
For example – just for example:
IF 4 kg* of sucrose is in your blood, then, you have to urinate (@ 1 ml
for 2 grams) 2 Litre urine.
(* This quantity is just an example. Various sugars have varied
saturation points. The sucrose is extremely easily soluble, and other sugars
require MUCH MORE water to dissolve.)
If you need to urinate 2 L, then you have to drink about 2½ L of WATER*.
(* This is so because, some of the water you drink will get lost as
sweat, vapour through your breathing, and the like).
Thus, if you drink 2.5 L of pure water (not juice, soup, and the like)
DAILY, and if you URINATED about 2 L daily, then, all the EXCESS SUGARS
FLOATING in your blood would get expelled, and your BLOOD will not carry any
sugar!
In other words, if you void about 2 L of urine daily, your blood sugar
level will constantly remain LESS.
If you can CONTINUE this NEW
pattern of urination (i.e., 2 L through about 8 or 9 urinations daily), after
about 48 days or so, YOUR TYPE-2 DIABETES WILL GET CURED!
This is precisely
how I have been CURING TYPE-2 DIABETES IN PEOPLE*, since about 5 years.
(* In addition to this, I do administer few herbs, that are
scientifically explainable, to regulate other body functions.
In addition, I induce the beta cells of the pancreas to increase their insulin
production by a gradual increase in the consumption of sugars.
APART
FROM ALL THE ABOVE, IT IS IMPORTANT TO REMEMBER THAT IT IS JUST NOT SUGAR THAT
GIVES RISE TO TYPE-2 DIABETES, BUT IT IS THE ACCUMULATION OF EXCESSIVE FREE
CALCIUM THAT DOES!
SO, A DRASTIC
REDUCTION OF THE FREE CALCIUM FROM WITHIN THE BODY IS OF GREATER IMPORTANCE FOR
A CURE OF THE DISEASE, AS WELL.

***********At this, let us go back to what was said in relation to the onset of type-2 diabetes – that “sugar is the new tobacco”.
After reading all the above, you, as a Reader / Resarcher, would have already
come to the conclusion that sugar has nothing to do to act as tobacco, and that
statement can only be an exaggeration by the ILL-INFORMED RESEARCHERS who
believe that it is sugar that gives rise to Type-2 diabetes.
It appears some people seem to enjoy instilling fear in people.
With this erroneous belief, if they are going to recommend people to FURTHER REDUCE sugar consumption, I am afraid, the number of Type-2 Diabetes sufferers is going to increase alarmingly at world-level.
I SINCERELY HOPE THE WORLD HEALTH ORGANISATION (W.H.O) WILL NOT RECOMMEND ANY FURTHER REDUCTION OF SUGAR.
IF THEY DID, BEYOND ANY DOUBT, THE NUMBER WILL INCREASE ENORMOUSLY YEAR AFTER YEAR, UNTIL THE W.H.O. RECOGNIZES MY FINDINGS, AND RECOMMEND PEOPLE TO INCREASE THEIR SUGAR INTAKE TO TASTE, AND TO INCREASE THEIR URINATIONS.
