ONE IN FIVE ABOVE 55 CAN DIE WITHIN NEXT FIVE YEARS?

A news about HEART has been released today in The Sydney Morning Herald, originating from © AAP.
.

It is about Australians aged 55 or more.
.

It seems these people are at high risk for developing heart attack or stroke within next five years.
.

One of every five people is at risk, with 30% chance of dying.
.

The above report is based on a study by Access Economics.
.

According to a Cardiologist, Dr. Greg Conner by name, it is called “Generation Risk”
.

Overweight and obese people are said to be under greatest risk.
.

Dr. Gred Conner is of the opinion that such overweight and obesity are due to little physical activity.
.

According to him, high blood pressure and high cholesterol are other risk factors of such heart attacks and strokes.
.

He feels that the risk will get reduced if the people changed their lifestyle and also took medications.
.

“Access Economics” Director Lynne Pezzullo seems to have told that heart diseases can kill some 17,000 Australians who are above 55, in 2010 alone.
.

The story goes further explaining how important it is to continue taking medications for the maintenance of good health.
.

The report was commissioned by German pharmaceutical company, Boehringer Ingelheim, which develops blood pressure medications.

Evaluate the truth in it?”.

Well, let us evaluate the above story:
.
To start with, let us sincerely pray so that all those Australians above 55 “who have the potentials to die soon”, will NOT die until their ripe age of 80 or 90. May God bless them with good health and prolonged life.
.
The Doctor has pointed out that the overweight, obese, and those with high blood pressure and cholesterol are at risk.
Fair enough.
.
The Doctor feels that these people should avoid becoming overweight, obese, developing high B/P and high cholesterol.
.
How?
.
Do you believe that these people wish to become overweight, obese, have high B/P and excessive cholesterol in them, so that they can die early ?
.
None would desire that!

Undoubtedly, everybody should be wanting to reduce all the above risk factors.
.
But then, do you think that they are not following the suggestions given by their Doctors?
.
No! I have observed that all the health-conscious people sincerely follow every suggestion given.
.
They avoid all those things that should be avoided - as told by health-care experts.
.
Yet, they become overweight, obese, and develop high B/P and high cholesterol?
.
Why and how should all these happen?
.
In Malaysia, England, and nearly all the countries under British or Colonial influence, people drive their cars on the left side of the road - “Keep Left” is the rule.
.
If someone is going to tell you to drive in these countries on the right, i.e., Keep Right while driving, sure they are going end up with serious accidents.
.
Likewise, instead of giving the right advice, if the people are given wrong advice, they are bound to suffer from heart attacks and strokes.
.
If correct suggestions are given, why should they become overweight, obese and develop high B/P and Cholesterol?
.
No doctor would purposely give wrong instructions.
.
Then, why should the health advocates erroneous pathways?
.
In MY OPINION, I think, they are giving wrong messages believing that they are the right ones.
.
They seem to be misleading people in good faith.
.
But then, if you touch a red hot iron rod thinking that it is just red paint, it would still burn your finger!
.
So, you should evaluate the truth before touching the red hot iron rod.
.
You have to evaluate the truth before accepting blindly all the so-called “good” health-keeping measures.
.
Let us evaluate where things are going wrong:
.
If someone is telling you “Salt will kill you”, evaluate the truth in it.
If someone is telling you “Oil will kill you”, evaluate the truth in it.
If someone is telling you “Sugar will kill you”, evaluate the truth in it.
If someone is telling you “Drugs are good for you”, evaluate the truth in it.
If someone is telling you “Mutton contains too much of cholesterol, and therefore it is bad for you”, evaluate the truth in it.
If someone is telling you “Fish is good for you - eat plenty of it” evaluate the truth in it.
If someone is telling you “Plenty of calcium is good for you”, evaluate the truth in it.
If someone is telling you “Do plenty of sweat-out exercise”, evaluate the truth in int.
If someone is telling you “Drink plenty of fruit juices” evaluate the truth in it.
If someone is telling you “Eat real plenty of vegetables”, evaluate the truth in it.
If someone is telling you “Drink plenty of milk”, evaluate the truth in int.
.

All over the world, large number of people are becoming obese and overweight.
.
They become obese not necessarily because of over-eating, for many people who really starve without food (with the idea of losing weight - as suggested by their health-care advocates), still become obese.
.
Their weight keeps on increasing in spite of drastic reduction in food intake.
.
Why does it happen so?
It is because, the directive given is WRONG.
.
Simply because if a Nobel Prize Winner in Medicine says 2 + 2 is 5, it will NOT become 5. It will still be four.
.
Please evaluate the truth in whatever you hear, from whomsoever it may be!
.
Body weight of people seem to increase because of the accumulation of excessive calcium within the body (in the lymph fluid, to start with).
.
The calcium then gets absorbed by EACH of the body cells that makes up the organs - ALL organs!
.
Each cell swells up along with increasing calcium accumulation.
That results in the overall increase of the body size and weight.
.
When such increases go on endlessly, they result in the thickening of blood vessels (atherosclerosis / arteriosclerosis), blockages in the coronary (tiny blood vessels within the heart), form stones in the kidneys, enlarge the prostate to give rise to cancer, form lumps, cysts, fibroids, endometriosis, and the whole lot of cancers!
.
The above being the case, one should try to reduce the accumulation of calcium within the body, rather than starve to reduce his/her body weight. The latter is not going to save the person from heart attack and death.
.
Now, the next question that arises is, how to prevent the cells from accumulating the calcium within them?
.
Let me appeal to you: Please do NOT start finding a DRUG to make the cells repel the calcium, calling it a new “Calcium Antagonist”, or “Calcium Repellent”.
.
The calcium enters into our body through the food and drinks we take.
Any excess calcium that enters into our body
gets out of our body, and keeps our body in good health.
.
The problem arises when we do one or both of the following two:

We under-urinate due to various reasons that include reduced water consumption, and promoting profuse sweating through strenuous sweat-out exercises, and
.
We increase calcium intake through artificial means: e.g., eating calcium-enriched foods: calcium-enriched biscuits and drinks, assuming that calcium is good.

No doubt calcium is good. It is good only if you take about 450 or 500 mg of Calcium daily (for children, it is about 900 or 1000 mg).
.
It you ate calcium-enriched eatables and drinks, sure, the levels are going to shoot up to excessive levels - boosting your body weight.
.
So, what is the moral?
.
1. You should drink about 8 or 9 glass of PLAIN, PURIFIED water (and NOT alkaline or calcium-enriched water).
.
(Cow’s milk contains abundant calcium: 120 mg per 100 ml. - Mother’s milk meant for infants has only 20 mg. Powdered milk tends to contain 600 mg, 1000 mg, 2000 mg and the like.
.
Milk drinking would only increase the body weight and related problems in adults.
.
Dairy owners: Kindly forgive me for telling the truth!
.
I don’t have anything against you at all !
.
According to Hinduism, those people who raise cows and supply milk are good people, and they will be blessed by God !
.
So, raise them well, feed them well, and take care of them very well - You will be blessed by God!)
.
2. You should NOT lose your body water in the form of profuse sweat. (However, that becomes a MUST children, for explanations I have given in my book entitled “CANCER: CAUSES, CURE AND PREVENTION” (624 pages)
.

3. You MUST urinate at least EIGHT times daily. If you can urinate once or twice more, it would be even better.
.
The above information constitutes BETTER lifestyle, not what is being preached by your health advocates all these days.
.
