NOW COMES INFORMATION RELATED TO SEX POTENTIALS:
Factor-8: Lymph fluid circulation*


(* Lymph is a fluid, yellowish in colour.


It circulates throughout the body through the lymphatic vessels and capillaries.


It transports fats, proteins and other substances to the blood.


The lymphatic system helps to protect the fluid environment of the body by producing, filtering, and conveying lymph and by producing various blood cells.

Various body movements, such as muscular contractions and movements of organs, squeeze the lymph through the lymphatic system.


The rate of flow of lymph into the general circulation is said to be about 125 ml per hour.


When a person exercises vigorously, the rate may go up to 1,800 ml per hour.


Thus, it tends to move at a very sluggish rate in people who are inactive (e.g., when bedridden for prolonged hours), and that makes them more and more lazy, besides slowing down the metabolic rate.


In people who vigorously exercise, it runs swiftly and makes them feel very healthy.


Unfortunately, vigorous exercises tend to be associated with some adverse effects such as wearing out of the bone joints, increasing the calcification of blood vessels owing to profuse sweating, and the like.


Therefore, I have developed a safe substitute called “Body Rubbing Exercise” and “Body Towel Massage (See Appendix-2).

Optimum rate of lymph circulation is of great importance for the upkeep of best sex potentials.


Sluggish lymph flow would reduce the sex desire and ruin the sex potentials of a person.


The best level of sex potentials can be maintained only through the regular practice of “Body Rubbing Exercise” and “Body Towel Massage”, as described in Appendix-2


Prolonged day-time sleep tends to make a person lethargic and lazy even to have sex.


However, a gentle nap may not upset the rhythm.
